No, it's a deeper guy voice, similar to the voice in in this song.

It might be " Her Love is My Religion" by The Cab, although it's unlikely.

Where exactly did you hear this song (if that one isn't it)?

It was just on the radio. I have heard it enough times to know how the time goes exactly... But I can't seem to pinpoint the actual song.

Some radio stations have the playlist of songs they play on the air, so if you know what station it was and about what time it was the song played, you may be able to find it.
