The skills says : "Ino(s) takes over the mind of a small animal to spy on her enemies. For 3 turns Ino(s) will see when any enemy uses a skill and enemies will take 5 damage each turn. This skill cannot be countered or reflected."

The part that I don't understand is this : "For 3 turns Ino(s) will see when any enemy uses a skill"

I fought someone who uses characters with counter but for some reason when he use a counter skill nothing happened. Why is it? I thought the purpose of "proxy surveillance" is to see every skill used by affected characters.

You have to check the skill's icon on the individual character whom you suspect has used a counter in order to see whether that character has used a skill.

The initial intention of this skill was to show you what skill the foe used, but that must have been too hard to code. So, you have to scroll over the Proxy Surveillance on each foe every turn and it will literally say nothing or "This character has used a skill", but it will not tell you what skill. It's sad because the way I designed her was to show you what skill, but you can't have everything you want.
