Hello All, Enaki Here, with something new from something very old in Naruto Board History: Soul Eater Characters. There was a time when it was all the rage, and then it died quickly. I intend to attempt bringing it back with some newer versions of my characters, and some I haven't even done before. Thus, it led me to making my favorite character on Soul Eater. Mifune. Screw you, Black Star, killing my favorite character in the manga, and leaving Angela alive to do absolutely NOTHING!

Rate and CnC, and please explain your rate if it is under 8.5, and I'd really like some input on him since I did a bit of work with him, and if you have any questions, I'll be happy to answer them.

It would be cool if that passive was invisible. Although that would make it terribly OP
Although it does make him the likely first target of the enemy team, the fact that he gains all beneficial effects as the ally the passive targets is pretty crazy.
If you were to make that ally a self-healer, and have another healer in your team, you could just keep healing that ally, and Mifune would be beast mode; ESPECIALLY (although I don't know who'd be stupid enough to) since he does 5 more damage every time that ally is attacked.
As for all the other skills. I think this concept is pretty cool.
The Infinite Restriction can go your way, or benefit the enemy.
If the target of that is a random user, they can just keep using a skill every turn and healing; however, since mifune uses specific costs, there's a chance that he cannot use a skill and he';; take 5 piercing damage.
However; this all depends on how you use the skill, and the situation.
Honestly, my entire startegy with this characetr would be to target the costliest characetr on the enemy team with infinite restriction; then just keep using infinite counter stance whenever I got the chance, and infinite clash when I couldn't spare that extra random.
All of the healing and sharing of beneficial effects makes him a god xD

Really cool character though. I hope there wasn't to much off-topic nonsense in this.

I'm not going to lie-he'll be a bitch. The annoying part is the first skill. Now, if I red correctly, Mifune and one enemy can only target themselfs? That will make him annoying because the other two members of your opponent's team can't target him. I don't have any complains about the fourth skill because it suits him well. The pics are MQ-HQ, but don't worry about them. Anyway, he's a great character that can pwn you in 2-3 turns. But I feel like something about him is OP. 8/10.

Yes, the first skill makes Mifune and one enemy target only themselves, and it's supposed to be annoying like that because I made it similar to the Anime form of how he does that. Thanks on the fourth skill. And personally, it depends on what you do with him. It's kinda hard to pwn you in 2-3 turns with Mifune, although by that time, the opponent will be suffering if he can't stop him, but considering that Mifune can be damaged by his own skill does make it balanced, not only that, but it takes a while for his skills to take effect for maximum damage, and that depends if the enemy can use a skill or not. Pursin's strategy with Mifune would be the go-to strategy for him, since you don't want to stay too attached to one opponent until one-on-one, and even then, that's where he really shines through. And to add it all off, Mifune has no defense of his own, he relies on the ally affected by Infinite Guardian for defense, so things get serious when it's one-on-one.

Oh, and a final note: If you stun Mifune, Restriction will be delayed, meaning that you can gang up on him for a while, but when the stun is over, Restriction is put back on, and it's back to being one-on-one. Then again, that's what Counterstance is for to combat ganking attempts.

but a suggestion, I recommend you do the fourth skill automatic, not passive, it's really OP, I understand the idea, and I like

but it would be better (for me) if it were normal (and if you want, invisible) , with the concept, it's really cool

9/10 good but slightly unbalanced
