Hanzo.

Considering Hanzo was the greatest ninja in all of history, the facts are pretty easy to find to back that up too. Madara and Hashirama were good, amazing even. They both had Bloodline's, Kekkei Genkei's. Stuff like that. Hanzo had nothing but Ibuse? He beat the Sannin of the leaf, and it took all six paths of pain to kill him. Without any SPECIAL bloodlines or anything, he single-handedly took over a Village and ruled it.

Danzo has no chance against someone of his calibur.

Hanzo supposively uses fire release, so thats an advantage against Danzo's wind. Hanzo's poison would be greatly to his advantage. Although Danzo has izanagi, poison doesnt just disappear. Hanzo can really just chill back with poison running and wait for the 10 minutes to run out. They both had major summons to even each other out. Hanzo is more skilled with taijutsu/kenjutsu though. Even though Danzo isnt that bad either. I feel like itll mainly be a draw until izanagi runs out and the poison can actually kill Danzo. Unless he catches him with the tetragram seal and Hanzo isnt able to escape. Then it can be a draw, but i want to go with Hanzo
