good char but the 1st skill seems to be a bit op (assuming the dd stacks), also the pics could be better 7/10 :blink

Well you should change the DD to 20-25 max. Rasengan should deal 40 normal damage for Nin and Random because Rasengan doesn't actually have piercing power, instead it destroys it's target from the inside. The Kyuubi Punch is okay I guess, just improve the grammar on it. "In anger Naruto punches one enemy. That enemy will be dealt 25 damage and have their mental skills stunned." Altho I think it would be better if their Physical skills are stunned instead.
Overall 6/10. Improve the pics too.
