~ Welcome to Character Pic Makers Contest.

~ In this contest, we're going to see who are the best pictures makers.This contest is going to happen every week.

~ Rules.

~ All pictures Must post using the template provided in the Resources Section below.
~ Do not rip. Preceding to do so will result in an immediate permanently banned from entering in this contest
~ Do not include something within your entry which can indicate the creator(s) of the entry.
~ You may only post one set a week (Unless theme suggests otherwise). You are welcome to edit your entry as much as you please within the submission period
~ Do not enter Image Shop created pics. Preceding to do so will disqualify your entry.
~ Do not enter a set which has been created by more than one person (Unless theme suggests otherwise).
~ Do not spam
~ Do not reserve a post if you don't intend on updating it later.
~ Do not enter a set which has been entered within the previous weeks.
~ Do not suggest Filler characters as a theme.

~ Note.

~ The Submission period lasts 6 days OR until 8 entries are entered.
~ The Eliminatory groups will be posted as soon as 8 entries and groups will be ready.
~ The Finals will be opened after the closing of the Eliminator groups.
