Through all the drama, trust and betrayal, I can honestly say that discovering naruto-arena has improved my life in a positive way. Even though I am no longer a part of this n-b community, I still feel that it would only be right for me to share what this game has taught me in regards to friendship and what it means to be a part of a clan.
I always had the impression that a clan was all about making bonds with people, having fun playing games together, and making memories. Focusing on “being number one” would always get in the way of that and it would create this “co-worker” like mentality where none of the members would really get to know each other and create this "distance" among each other - especially when the chats would die, it would become most apparent then.
I believe that any clan that has achieved to become a family is a successful clan. This is something that all clans should strive to achieve. This is also what I’ve always wanted for all of my clans. To get to a point where everyone genuinely makes friends with each other ~ to the extent that, everyone would still keep in touch with one another even after the clan has ended; whether it be through means of skype, emails, or even phone calls.
I understand that not everyone is compatible and willing to freely open up with one another, but TRUE FRIENDSHIP is something that is really beautiful once you achieve it. I understand that fear can inhibit your potential and hold you back from achieving your dreams, but in the end I discovered that my clan, its level, and all the objectivity that fueled our progress, along with everything that came along with our goals and accomplishments, did not amount to.. or even come close to the love and warmth we as a family developed for one another.
What really matters is that the people in your clan not give up on one another. The people who show their smiling faces everyday, who kept the chat alive, these are the people who keep you company on those boring nights.. if it was not for them, these clans would have not gotten as far as they have.
So, whether or not you agree with me, this is my advice for the future players of this game.. or for the future leaders who will go on to make clans of their own. Everyone wants to be famous and be in a strong clan, but you should never join a clan if none of its members are friendly or are willing to give you a chance to become friends.
This game isn’t any fun if you don’t have clan members that you can get along with or relate with. And it also isn’t any fun to be a part of a “strong” clan if you don’t feel like you fit in or are able to share laughs and make memories together. So open up to all the guests that come to your chat and give them a chance, cause you will never know whether or not you will build a friendship with this stranger that will last a lifetime. :D
THANK YOU.. IT WAS A BLAST.. GOODBYE =D
