1st skill...mehh let's say it is ok >.>
2nd skill is Melee
3rd skill is Action not Instant and well it is a lil OP
Shisui Sharingan is pretty OP 15 affliction for 2 turns? >.> and classes: Mental,Ranged,Affliction* (with * on its affliction damage effect),Unique

I don't really see originality there
pics are MQ in my opinion
aaand I forgot to ask, Shisui Sharingan becomes Fireball after it ends? or when it is used?

well I'm already bored of seeing Edo Tensei Itachi >.> so many, it's like people don't know any other char to do
