#4 He only has 1 attack skill i give it a 4 because the only attack skill he has is op and so is the ALL skills part. it shouldnt be able to counter mental.

#8 If you bring down the 50 to a 35-40 for water taijutsu, i think i might like it better! There's only attack skill so...maybe make water clone do 5-10 damage? 6/10! #13 1st skill - change the dmg from 50 to 30-35 if u want to ignore stun 2nd - don't make it all skills because for me is OP if physical it would be better 3rd - delete that 10 more damage 4th - is okay good pics my rate is 7.5/10 Check out my Showcase,and check out my Zetsu,it is my best character and don't forget to leave your rate .
