Another of the characters I most suddenly came up with a set for. This one, however, unlike Anko (S), has become more of my "headache" characters, just like I planned. Read carefully and enjoy.

Just in case you didn't get it, when Kin uses 'Illusion Bell Needles', it will show that this skill has been used, but it won't show the target it has been used on. (Ala Itachi Body Double style) When 'Shadow Senbon' is used, it will show that exact icon next to Kin, making the enemy believe that she has used her 'Illusion Bell Needles' instead. See what I did there?

Yeah, this one is beast. But don't you think she can be quite OP? A counter for 1 gen and a supposedly counter that can be used each turn can be quite much. The third skill improvement really makes her a real headache. I will forgive for not making her like Old Kin, since this set is quite good too. I know the counter works like IBD's, dw.

Yeah, she is troublesome, but you can always just not attack with the target she uses her counter on. And when it is 1 on 1, you just have to use your brain. But yeah, her counter can become overwhelming. An ability I decided to give her due her lack of defense and low damage output.

rlly rlly balanced but wire trap needs a cd of 3 instead of 2 since it is random chakra

everything else is good with me

EDIT- also illusion bells needs to be more clarified on the counter part... is it the following turn that the person gets countered or the first non mental skill that gets countered

I guess 2nd skill is gonna last till triggered until 3rd ends right? Then you could just go invul if you'd want to go full then and then use the counter skil again and deal some damage. My point is, her defense is quite overwhelming. She'd be definitely be hard to pace around. Anyway, it's all up to you really. I like this character a lot regardless of her possibly overwhelming imbalance.

Really, with all the full stuns I have, or hell, even the ranged stuns in-game, you realy shouldn't put so much thought into it. It's either hit or miss. Miss and get countered - okay. Hit and score - bitch is stunned, now you can't do shit for x turns. Or go invulnerable. Or use counters and reflects. Hello... And, the 'Illusional Bell Senbon' lasts not until 'Wire Trap' ends, but until it counters a skill. Yeah, overwhelming, I know, but this is as best as it gets.

All I know if this character would be in-game I'd be like, Obito, I choose you. Hachibi too. Anything that can bypass a counter. Good char nevertheless.
