The originality is totally there.
I like the 4th skill a lot.
The flow is very good, the character is perfectly balanced, there is totally nothing to CnC. (EXCEPT THE FP.) I'd give you a weird rate, just because you hate it when people copy you.

If I made the 4th skill a set amount of damage for no cost, it would be OP.
The random factor is just to make it no OP, although I still think it's OP.
