#1 So I'm using Oboro and I use his Haze Clones. The next turn the opponent uses Torune's AoE, targeting Oboro with the increased chakra cost effect. However Oboro's Underground Ambush did not change. His other skills had increased chakra cost, only UA did not. I tested this with other character too (Shodai, Karin, Deva) and the same thing happened. Proofs: With Torune (Original) Tested with Deva, Karin, and Shodai. Haze Clones Skill Description: "Oboro creates illusionary duplicates of himself. The following 2 turns Exploding Kunai is improved and deals 25 damage and Underground Ambush is improved and will affect all enemies and will cost 1 random chakra less . During this time Oboro gains 30 destructible defense and is invulnerable to physical melee skills." Then I tested to see if the glitch was with Oboro's prep or just the UA skill itself. When not using the prep, his chakra costs increase normally. Therefore the glitch is in the Haze Clones prep skill and not Underground Ambush. The prep probably just makes UA cost 1 gen chakra, regardless of other skills affecting Oboro instead of making it cost 1 random chakra less that it's original cost, which is what the description of the prep says. Proof: UA works fine without HC prep on.
