. Nice description, nice skills, nice originality, nice uniqueness. I think the skill flow could be slightly better but a masterpiece especially for a first 10/10. I'll help you anytime you want to make a character.

Edit: Oh you used to make characters, I didn't know. Still 10/10 none the less.

Got a ten on my Gedo Mazou by Kenny...because i made him laugh :amused

5th skill deals damage to all enemies? That's OP. Make it 15

2nd skill's ally effect is UP-it shouldn't deal any damage to ally and should give some DR/DD for that cost

3rd skills seems ok :amused

I didn't make pics so that doesn't effect me at all. :3
Yeah I thought of making paper bombs 15 affliction.
I like to make my characters very anime oriented so, the fact that Kisame ruthlessly killed his allies I thought a little damage would be fitting. Maybe I'll reduce it to 10.

Think-would you use a skill which costs 2 chakra(1 specific and 1 random), deals damage to your ally and give him/her invulnerability against stuns/drains skills? Iw ouldn't use that :sad

@Pein83, I liked the idea I did because in the anime he just took Samehada after he assasinated his master. :3

well yeah I might. It depends on the situation.
I like it and it seems that the majority of my rates are high. I won't change it right now but might consider it later. Thanks for your advice and whatnot.

and i really love the idea of Tool idea!

KTW is ranged o.o

With the balance is okay, i like, dont has a specific flow, but is okay

and with the lasts skill, maybe is a little OP o.o

but with 15 affliction (Like Czesio says) is UP, so is okay with that cost
