U need both Gates Icons active first off. That itself is hard to do because you only have a single-turn to active the 2nd Gates icon in and you only have a single turn to use his Insta-kill once you have both Gates Icons. Thats 3 Tai and 2 random. Just like Gaara but instead of a Stun, you get a damage reduction and.. it takes 4 turns to do. Tenten can do 80 damage, in her 2nd set. That means you need to switch scrolls (1 Random) and then another Tai and a random to use the skill. 1 Tai and 2 random over 5 rounds to deal 80. That is fine, especially since its not undefendable and they can just invulner out of it.. or stun her. #56 Dude, they get a 9.6/10. The only ones I have qualms with are Choji and Sasuke. I feel that if we haven't seen enough of their attacks, it's basically just giving them normal moves and pasting on creative names.
