#250 i think gaara kazekage needs a random chakra on his sand funeral and sand prison. i think Rock lee is overpowered since he doesn't lose any health for his gate activations. Yondaimes' death god major summoning is way overpowered. Sasuke's inner chakra supression is too strong for just one genjutsu and one random with no cool downs. AND ten-ten is the best character that has a choice of actually being a preparation character or not. 8.9/10 for all

Compare with Sakura's KO Punch. Why would I make Lee's Gates hurt himself? They're not that strong. Compare to Sharingan or Shadow Clones. Yondaime's Summoning is only slightly overpowered if you take the time to actually compare him to Kin. Why would I make Sasuke's ICS cost any more? It needs a prep and It costs too much to actually be valuable in a perma-stun / chakra-drain team. You're gona have to actually use logic / examples to prove what you're saying.
