Gaara because sands goes much faster than gold dust.

A major occurrence in this manga is the new generation passing the old, and the old passing the torch (trust) onto the new. Since you say Gaara is in the Kazekage time period, then I'd have to choose him.

Though I believe if Gaara wasn't his son, it would be a much more intense match since we seen he could use Gold to outweigh sand.

Gaara, he's the most powerfull character in Naruto, after Naruto (?) , i think :weird
