Blue- Elemental (fire, water, lightning etc...)
White- Other type skills
Black- Random

Classes:
First Class- Melee or Ranged
Second Class- Physical or Special
Third Class- Instant, Action, Control
Optional Class- Unique and Affliction

7/10 i just don't like the addition of chance in a character and skills are interesting and balanced but complex.
