Sucker Punch is underpowered. The stun doesn't justify it costing blood + random. I say buff it up to 25 and give it a cooldown of 1 or keep the 15 damage, remove the random chakra, and keep it with no cooldown. Compressed Blast isn't strong enough for a 3 turn cooldown, make it a 1 turn cooldown. The counter / reflect thing is okay, but it's not invisible! It doesn't have the same effect on an enemies logical state as IBD's counter, so I hope you intended it to be invisible.
