My leg got injured while playing ball rush and now i am scared if its hurt bad the back of my leg hurts bad but barable. How do i heal it

Just Stay off of it for a while keep it leveled I've gotten my fair share of leg injuries so I know

Just keep it elevated and relax as well as go to a doctor if you haven't seen one :amused

Sure it's just not soreness?
Ice it, avoid heat and if it gets worse go to the Doc.
I had a foot injury with two fractures last year, shit sucks.

Ps: don't take nb advice
Double ps: if blood swells up in a certain point, you have a fracture probably

put ice in a baggie and put it on the leg then when ice turns to water run warm or hor water over the leg i used to get soreness coming from my football games

Put ice on it and keep it elevated.

If its is very swollen then I would consider taking some blood thinners and not putting pressure on it for a while.

Actually, if you elevate it, you are making less blood go to it..Hence the reason you would hold it up in the air. And when its swollen, you dont want more blood going to it, because the main cause of swelling is the mass amount of blood rushing to that portion to help out with the white and red blood cells. :oh

well to heal it the best you first get someone to use some medical ninjutsu and then stay off it for a little while and it should be good :)

Aha, simple first aid comes in handy sometimes!
Follow the rules of R.I.C.E

Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevation.

Rest the leg, add ice, kinda make it so it squeezes ever so slightly on the wound, and lay down and elevate it with a pillow or anything soft.
But if you think it's serious, check up with your doctor. if he says nothing is broken you'll be fine, just may take up to a couple weeks or so :D
