First off, Loyalty is what we are looking for, otherwise don't even bother applying. We are done taking in hoppers. That's all I have to say for the intro and I'm sure that the other Gear members think the same thing.

~Phase 1: Rules & regulations~

First and foremost is the most basic to joining anything that’s organized. There are rules and guidelines that must be followed. Rules are as follows:

Basic N-a and N-b rules apply to all members. Spammers, flamers, or people who bring drama, ignorance or negative behaviours will not be tolerated, and will quickly be removed and possibly reported if an n-b rule is violated.

Bring a friendly attitude. Gear is a place to get away from drama, be yourself and have fun for a while.

Respect your fellow members and their privacy.

Do not ask for promotions. The higher ups will decide when you are deserving of one. It’s like asking for a promotion at your workplace when you don’t deserve it yet. You just look like an ass.

Have fun. We are laid back, jokes are fine. At the same time, know the line between a joke and a comment that may be taking offensively. Racism is a no-no.

Requirements
• Active 4-7 days a week

• Highest level of at least 31

• Statistics are important during evaluation. If you do not meet the credential, you will have a little chance of being accepted. We are looking for loyal, active, and kind people that are social.

• Clan chat activity is Mandatory

Phase 2: Gfxers (This includes: making avatars, signatures, gifs, banners, and icons

Same requirements stand as the ingamer phase (not including stats)

• Clan chat activity is Mandatory

• Post up at least 3 pieces of work you recently made.

• Must be available for clan gfx request. Otherwise there is no point in joining, right?
