Just define me his OP No cooldowns which means they can keep doing it, by any means if the chakra gods allow it. Which makes this character OP aswell. With Sharingan Activated he's really Op 65 damage ( 60 damage if enemy doesn't use skill.) Balance please. \\Resiliency//Dem DaDa's o_O// #TeamAskHerOutSliver Movement! ^^^

#15 I'm not sure about this...... but anyway. Rating: - First of all, I don't know how, but you my friend, managed to make an Up and Op character at the same time, without it being Balanced. - HIs sharingan skill is definely UP, just remove the drawback effect, cuz 3 turns of 50% is no big deal, to compensate it, just reduce the duration of the pircing effect. - Again, his skills are kinda confusing, when you means in his skills :"If the Sharingan Effect was applied", you mean the effect without the Piercing effect right? - His Chidori Sword ( or Spear... I don't know) is what makes him OP, reduce the damage when in the piercing effect to 30 with some addictional effect, like the enemy takes 30 piercing damage and next turn will have their melee skills stunned. - His alternate skills is not needed Remove It - And.. Like Kenny said, he is kinda boring, but that's fine.
