Has she been busy lately? Like, a lot? When you want to hang out?
Has she seemed distant, and unwilling to interact physically?
Has she been fidgety or impatient while hanging around you?

Okay, okay, thanks for the honest post. And to the questions proposed, she hasn't been busy, no. But unwilling to interact physically, I've noticed that, and the distance I can sense isn't getting better. I don't really think the last one applies, no. I don't know, I'll let fate take its course.

Look, I wouldn't worry too much.
Maybe she just feels you've been over-physical and wants to talk about that.
Like Kisame said, most break up's from your age are over phone (I got one via text message one time.....what a bitch), so if she's willing to talk to you, smile :D
She respects you enough to talk to you in person.
Take this as a sign that you're not the cause of this breakup. Well....not 100% the cause.
My advice, if you do break up, take like a week off to scrunch up on the couch, eat ice cream and watch re-runs of crappy 2000's comedies (I suggest scrubs).
Christmas is coming, and Christmas > young teenage relationships.

Of course, going to this meeting.........act how you normally do. Don't be tense, don't be anxious, be yourself. If she does want to break up and you don't, this will help your case.
And don't beg, plead or promise to be better. Ask for a reason, and learn from it. Don't change yourself completely, just learn.
It'll help you in your next relationship with someone better.
