I like his passive, but at same time I think makes him OP.
Pics are a bit oversaturated, dont u think?

Ensanely overpowered. Every skill he uses gives him a permanent counter. This would have been fine, if it lasted 1 turn, or his skills costed the same chakra, but the diversity in the chakras he uses helps him quite a lot. He can counter a skill used on him each turn, and he suffers nothing from that. And against aoe teams... I don't even want to go there.
So yeah. 2 ways to nerf this skill:

1) Make each counter last 1 turn.
2) Make him suffer damage for every skill countered.

Rate: 6/10. Yes, he does lack in damage, but the defense he gains is enormous.

I love everything except that passive skill.. OP don't you think..? His practicallly untouchable because not many characters use unique skills.

I love the basic concept, the 3 chakra usage etc.

But that passive is the most OP skill I may have ever seen

Considering he uses 3 different chakra, and all his skills have a cooldown of 1, he can counter a skill used on him every single turn.. and the stacks remain, so if the enemy doesn't attack him, he can counter an extra skill the next turn, and so on, and so on....
Its costless and it doesnt need a turn to prep up as its passive- so give it another effect

7/10- all because of balance
