(presumably village information) http://www.narutobase.net/manga/Naruto/605/11 this shows the mist ninja acknowledging Rin as an ally stating that they must not let the enemy get the body. (enemy is the leaf). a spy. Just as Kisame had to have his body destroyed so they wont get any secrets. It was hard for kakashi but he knew what he had to do. .. Makes perfect sense!| Rin was a spy!
