Welcome to Dark Assassin’s official clan thread, a clan originally founded on September 23rd, 2006. The clan is based on faithfulness, otherwise known as Semper Fidelis, a motto that was developed by the clan overtime. We place loyalty above power, unity above dissension, and honesty above deception. Although the clan has experienced a massive downfall in it’s recent years, we are still determined to exist in this online community, because we are a family, and will continue to hold strong together. Realize that the greater the loyalty of the members toward the clan, the greater the motivation among the members to achieve the goals of the clan, and the greater the probability that the clan will achieve its goals. Time has finally arrived for the Assassins to awaken from the darkness, and strike through the shadows. The true question is, will you join, or simply fall victim to our future assassination spree?

The Beginning: In late September, 2006, this clan was created with the name of Akatsuki. The name sadly had to be changed due to the fact that a clan with the corresponding name already existed. Ringring2, as the creator of the clan changed it to Dark Assassins. Soon after, the clan started recruiting and it picked up some great members, while others got booted due to being inactive.

The Crash: Everything was running nice and smooth with the new additions to the clan, until the servers crashed. Upon restoration, it was found that all the saved data was lost. At that time, the clan became dreadful. Many members did not return, while others later decided to leave Naruto-Arena/Boards because of the lack of willingness to unlock the characters again. And with the sudden loss of members, recruitment had to be resorted to. Although the word recruitment may be easy to state, taking it into action was difficult. Many of the users were primarily interested in joining more popular and well known clans. Furthermore, Ringring2, who changed his username to Silver_Razar after the crash, decided to give up leadership to Shinobi_Ninja because of the time it consumed of his overall life. When the remaining members became familiar with this displacement, more chose to depart from the clan.

The Recovery: Sometime after the crash, Dark Assassins began to climb back up onto its feet. As more and more users started popping up onto Naruto-Arena/Boards, recruitment began to flourish. The clan continued to recruit, looking around for both experienced members, and members with that hidden talent. We were on the way to the top. Winning clan wars, clan tournaments, making new friends, as well as enemies, and acting more like a family. Members of the clan slowly developed and began to live by a motto of it's own; Semper Fidelis. Meaning, always faithful. It demonstrated the loyalty the members had to the clan.

The Downfall: Unfortunately, all great things come to an end. In mid-november 2008, the long journey of the clan came to a conclusion. An argument between the leader and a beloved member played a big role in this downfall. Despite the good relationship Shinobi_Ninja had with this member, he booted her from the clan. A big dispute occured, and she ended up taking a handful of members with her. The rest of the members soon followed, leaving only Shinobi_Ninja remaining in the clan.

The Rebirth: The time has arrived for Dark Assassins to arise from the shadows in which it has lived in for the last four years. We have recruited few of the most elite players that reside within this gaming circuit, and hope to continue to gather both previous members, as well as new ones. There is no dought we will redeem our previous status and secure the position of 'one of the greatest' clans
