Passive: Kinda op since from what I understand if the enemy uses a skill that deals "15" damage for example and stuns, removes PP, drain, decrease damage, Caterpie will ignore those effects and it's permanent.

1st: that skill is kinda confusing but from what I understand Caterpie can take only a maximum of 30 damage and survives with 5 if about to be killed. Each time this skill is used the maximum damage will be increased by 5? Maybe you should rework the grammar just to make it easy to understand

2nd: Maybe 10 normal damage, I find 5 piercing kinda low but 10 piercing is kinda high so yeah. It also has a generous cooldown because of the stun. It's up to you.

3rd: This one is good no problem with it.

Damage is kinda low but it's quite useful to prevent enemies from attacking. Maybe you could rework 3rd skill to deal more damage with less stun or boost 2nd while active.

Too lazy to quote mugetsu right now, but he pretty much covered all of my cnc for the skills. However you have some spelling errors ... and were inconsistent about the gender... for part of the character caterpie is referred to as a him and the other part is gender neutral. I'm also going to be harder on the passive skill because it seems incredibly op to me. I'm not going to point out every spelling/grammar mistake I see because I'm extremely tired ... however the 4th skill .... it's "Aspirations" not asipirations .... ill try and make a list of spelling and grammar mistakes when i wake up after i go to sleep.

also .... Caterpie is sooooo cute <3

rate: 7.5/10 .... didn't know if you really wanted a rate compared to a cnc ... however mugetsu covered most of my cnc for the actual skills. hes quite nice ... but needs quite a bit of tweaking skill-wise and spelling/grammar-wise o.o
