BTW it is Kakashi u just said it but you should've stated in what conditions...If the opponent has destructible defense...human path might be the answer if the opponent is Gaara for example or haku if the opponent has damage reduction than the answer is Gai my youtube channel

#13 Actually its HPP Let's say he uses mind control or w/e stun on opponent...drops to 80 health --> Opp heals to 100. He uses half the health so 50 dmg then with another ally's assistance of 30 dmg or more, he can instant kill...dealing 20 more damage for a grand total of 70 dmg. Technically its an instant kill, but the damage output is the same kind of. Lovely sig by Lemoncito, cutest little Romanian boy eva! #14 The correct answer is Human Path Pein(S) with 70 damage Here the explanation: Assume HPP and his ally versus character X and ally First turn - HPP first deal 20 damage with mind invasion to X and X's ally heals him back to 100 health. Second turn - HPP use Soul steal on X -- X has 50 health left. HPP ally deals 30 damage to X -- X has 20 health left. Since X has 20 health or less, when Soul steal is used, X is instantly killed. Hence, HPP deals a total of 70 damage Gai(S) deals 60 damage with strong whirlwind during Sixth Gates. Sasuke(S) deals 60 damage with Great Dragon Fire 10+5 from previous turn + Kirin 45 Naruto(S) deals 50 damage with Shadow Clone 10 from previous turn + Odama Rasengan 40 ^^clicky for my Quiz Collection Galaxyrao retired permanently!!!
