We can do the same thing and we can call it the council of elders(*ehem yung mga matatandang adik dyan:P), just a plain council or something. There have been nominations if you go over the previous posts. I don't like the idea of having one leader though. It's not that I'm timid to accept the position, It just doesn't feel right. Also, people have the notion of the leader being the strongest in the said clan. When they look for a clan they always check the leaders profile to see if the leader has even attained ladder rank 1. A leader/captain becomes a leader of the team not because he's the best in terms of playing the game but because he has the leadership capabilities and he is the most suitable to lead them. (This applies in real life too. e.g. varsity teams) I'm not even sure that I satisfy what I said earlier. I like kenji_20's ideals of a clan. Kenji_20's been my 'clan leader' for the two clans I already joined. He sees everyone as a leader and he treats them equally. That can also be a possibility but then again, we would need war organizers. (Where the heck in the real world would you see people scheduling wars?XD) Pasensiya na kung masyadong seryoso. Hindi nga dapat 'to ganito ka seryoso kasi yung goal natin is to have fun and be proud of our country. I guess the purpose of this clan is not to wage wars against the top clans in Na but to show our love for the game and our love and pride for our country. (Waits for comments like get a life or something ) At sa tingin ko sa karamihan ng nag post dito ay makakasali naman if ever my requirements .//Grace//.//Kimat//.//Philippines' war clan.// "I am what I am. and the grace that He gave me was not without effect"

#58 i have been co leader of my clan since i joined. and yeah leader's are not the best in the game. but the one that can lead and make the members satisfied. i think i can't be leader cause i just joined at aug 19. not much experience there. but in in-game i have all chars unlock. and i am on from 7am-10pm(i was curfewed cause i stayed up till 3am) but i will join this clan for sure. i got permitted already. and pinoy rule. lol.
