Philippines' sub clan for wars

#1 I have a proposition to make. Would guys like to create an all filipino sub clan for wars? I'm thinking of the Philippine team but we never do wars actually. I know all the good filipino players are in a clan right now so this will only be a sub clan. Well you can join if your main clan would allow you to be in sub clan. I would just want to know if you guys like the idea.
