--------------------------Custom Characters Terms--------------------------

CnC: Criticize and Comment. However only 15%~25% of the players who post do it.

Pic -> It's a cut image 75x75 or 77x77 with a border. Examples:

Facepic -> It's a cutted image 75x75 or 77x77 with a border but this term is only used on the image where appears the face of that character where you put near from the character description. Examples:

Rip -> Rip is when you take some work that it isn't your and you use it without credits. Rip is a crime.

LQ -> Low Quality. Your image has the worst quality possible. Example:

MQ -> Medium Quality. Your image isn't bad but you still can improve. Example:

HQ -> High Quality. Your image is awesome and you still can work with it but not too much. Example:

Image Shop -> They exist to make pics to the people who don't know how to make pics well. You made a request to that shop "Mizukage pics, 2~3 facepics, all skills you can get" to a worker and later that worker send to you these pics on the Image Shop main topic. Not forget to put credits "Pics: Credits to X Worker from Y Image Shop"

Template -> Character or Mission Template is where you will make your character. The white rectangle with text boxes, cooldown, chakras, character description, etc... Example:

First part done. Now you are prepared to work. Let's start with pics

--------------------------Crop--------------------------
~ Photoshop

1 -> We need an image. I will use This image.

2 -> Crop tool here.

3 -> Now we will turn the Zoom 100%. Step 1, Step 2.

4 -> Click again at crop tool and put 75 in both Width and Height. Like this

5 -> The hard part, click anywhere and make a square then you can freely control it and increase or decrease size. Follow this example

6 -> So right button of the mouse and click at crop or just double-click with left button of the mouse. Example

7 -> Ok now we completed the hard part. Click :D

9 -> Now let's resize it to 75x75. First Step, Second Step, Third Step

10 -> Resized! but it isn't finished yet. Resized Pic

11 -> Time to add border. Canvas 1, Canvas 2, Canvas 3.

12 -> Finished. Final Result

13 -> Always save! Save/Save as or Check In, Always in .png, Done!

100% finished

--------------------------Quality--------------------------
~ Gimp (Sorry my gimp is portuguese)

\/ Credits to the tutorial about quality below goes to buba1000. I will just specify more his tutorial.

1 -> After we opened the cropped image, let's start with sharpen it. Filters - Enhance - Sharpen, 25~45. Usually 30~35

2 -> Now brightness/contrast. Look at icon, -5~10. 20~30 on too dark pics, Done :D

3 -> The last thing: Hue/Saturation. Look at icon again, Facepic: 40/10. Others: 20/10
(Ps.: If in a skill appears the character skin, you need to put 40/10)

4 -> Wow done! now your pics will be HQ and awesome :D. Final of Final Result

Second part done. Now this is the longest part. Skills

--------------------------Fonts--------------------------

-> Character Name - Trebuchet MS, Bold, 14pt, Sharp
-> Character Description - Trebuchet MS, Regular, 11pt, None
-> Mission&Requirement - Trebuchet MS, Regular, 11pt, None
-> Skill Name - Trebuchet MS, Bold, 14pt, Sharp
-> Skill Description - Trebuchet MS, Regular, 11pt, None
-> Cooldown - Trebuchet MS, Regular, 11pt, None
-> Classes - Arial, Regular, 10pt, None

--------------------------Creating a Character--------------------------

1 -> First get a .psd template (Template&Stuffs at First Post) and open it with photoshop.

2 -> You can see that there are lot of layers in the right side, ok. Now click at T. Click here

3 -> Now click at Character Name and select any part of it, a box will appear and above there is the Character Name text settings. Click Here

4 -> Now you can edit that Character Name into the character name you want. Click Here

5 -> Now it's simple just do this with all others (Character Description, Requirement, Skill Name, Skill Description, Cooldown and Classes) Do not put chakras yet. Selecting Another, Done!

6 -> Ok, time to put chakras. Click at magnifier (zoom tool) and + to increase and - to decrease. Select the chakras or just click until you think it's easier to select them. Step 1, Step 2

7 -> With the rectangle tool (the square) select the chakra you want and control+C. Click Here

8 -> Now select the place you want to put that chakra and control+V. From Random, To Especific one

9 -> Just do this with all skills and at layers list you can see that each chakra square has its own layer. Click :D

10 -> Now select the chakra layers with the principal layer and click at Merge Layers. 4 -> 1

11 -> Look, all the layers you selected turned into 1. Now, get the rectangle tool again. Fusion ha!

12 -> Select the Chakra Required together with the chakras you want and click with right button and Free Transform. Selecting, Free Transform

13 -> Time to Free Transform. Click at the mini triangle and now it will show 0,0 on both X and Y. Click :o

14 -> Now change the X 0,0 to 26,0 with 1 chakra and 13,0 with 2 chakras, if you have put 3 chakras you don't need to move. Now it's aligned with text box. 1 Chakra, 2 Chakras, Done with All

15 -> Time to put pics. Open the pics you want then Select -> All and Control+C. Select All

16 -> Go back to your character. Rectangle tool again and select the Pic Square(with the black border) and Control+V. Select, Paste, Do this with other pics too

17 -> Remove the chakras beside facepic if you want because you already used them. No Chakras

18 -> Done so let's save. First Save normal or Control+S.

19 -> Second Save as .png. You need to have 1 .psd copy and the .png file. Save As, PNG

20 -> Open the .png file with your character. I did this Minato together with tuto :o

21 -> Select the dots from the text box together with all skills below them. Click :p

22 -> Free Transform and change the Y to -10,0. The text box will decrease the size. Free Transorm, Y -10,0, Other example

DONE!!! My Final Result. From Konohagakure no Sato the Konoha's Yellow Flash, Namikaze Minato.

--------------------------Creating an Exterior Mission--------------------------

~ With 2 or more requirements at Missions Completed

1 -> Open your Exterior Mission Template and get the text tool (T) and see that you can edit everything there. Click Here

2 -> Just write your own mission. Name done, All done!

3 -> Now open the picture you want 263x175 (without border) and 265x177 (with border), I recommend that you use with border, Select - All and Control+C. Click :noworry

4 -> Using the rectangle tool, select the pic rectangle and paste your pic (Control+V). Select, Paste

5 -> Finished!. Yes it is easy :) Final Result

~ With only 1 requirement at Missions Completed

1 -> After your finished the tutorial above, select the layer where are the Completed 2 and 3 and delete that layer. Selected, Deleted

2 -> Now Select the View this mission layer and go to Edit - Free Transform or Control+T. View this example

3 -> At Free Transform mode, click at the mini triangle the numbers will change to 0,0. Now change the Y: 0,0 to -16,0 and see the magic. Free Transform

5 -> There is too much blank space, select the dotted line, Free Transform again and Y: -16,0 again. Select, F.T. Mode, Moved

6 -> Time to Erase. Select the parte below the dotted line and erase it (delete/del button). Cleaning, Cleaned

7 -> Finished again!. Final Result

~ Without Any requirement or Missions Completed

1 -> After made the First tutoria of Exterior Mission (~ With 2 or more requirements at Missions Completed), select All Missions Completed you put, (Control+Click to select multiple layers) and delete them. Selecting all, Deleted

2 -> Using rectangle tool, select "Missions Completed". Missions Completed

3 -> Now change the Brush tool to Pencil Tool and change the colors 255,255,255 to 250,250,250 at the square above (where it isn't marked with X). Pencil

4 -> Change the Master Diameter to 2500 and keep Hardness on 100%, now click inside the rectangle you made and Missions Completed is erased. 2500 :o, Blank :p

5 -> Select View this mission layer and go to Edit - Free Transform or Control+T. View this example

6 -> At Free Transform mode, change the Y: 0,0 to Y: -32,0. Do not forget to click at mini triangle if you haven't changed to X: 0,0 and Y: 0,0. Moved!

7 -> Select the dotted line on Layer 1 and Free Transform. Almost Done!

8 -> Y: -32,0 again. Looks good

9 -> Select the part below the dotted line with rectangle tool and erase it. Bigger than the other, Erased!

10 -> Finished! :D. You can delete that blank space in paint if you want. Another Final Result

~ Do this in any of your Exterior Missions

1 -> Rectangle tool and select the dotted line where there isn't any text above and delete that part. Step 1, Step 2

2 -> Looks better now :D The Final of Final Result

--------------------------Creating an Interior Mission--------------------------

1 -> Well, open your Interior Mission Template, get the text tool (T) and see that you can edit everything there. Template, Editing

2 -> Write all things except Mission Goals and don't put pics yet! Wrote Everything

3 -> Now think about cool goals and write them. All Goals

4 -> Get your mission pic and copy it (control+c), select the space to that mission pic and paste (control+v), the same process with facepic. Selecting the Pic, Selecting the Space, Mission Pic Pasted!, Face Pic Pasted!

Yeah it is done! Easy, no? First Final Result :D

~ Deleting to Reduce Number of Goals

1 -> Select the layer you want to delete and delete (del). Selecting again, Bye Bye

2 -> Select the mini square thing at background layer and delete it too (del). Selecting around it, Disappeared :o

Done too. You can do this with others goals. Well maye another Final Result

~ Reducing the size of a goal

1 -> First write a 1 line goal. Only 1

2 -> With rectangle tool, select all mini square things below that goal. Square Square...

3 -> Ok, enter in Free Transform mode and change the Y: 0,0 to Y: -16,0. FT Mode!, Click at the triangle, Up to the Sky!

4 -> Do the same with all goals which are together with these mini square things. Together with Square, -16 too

Another Done! You can do that with any 2 or more lines goal. Third Done, Alternative Done

~ Increasing the size of a goal

1 -> Time to increase. Select all mini square things below the goal you will change and free transform. Square Trio

2 -> At Free Transform mode, change the Y: 0,0 to Y: 16,0. +16 not -16

3 -> Now do the same thing with all goals which are together with these mini square things. Same with Text, Aligned

4 -> You can continue or increase now the goal and You are Done! Kinda Easy, Final of Final Results

<><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><>

~ Important Part: Save

1 -> Go to Save As..., File - Save As... Save As

2 -> First of all Save As Photoshop (*.PSD,*.PDD) then a PNG (*.PNG) copy. .PSD and .PNG

DONE!!!!!!! Minato's Mission. Little hard but ok it's Minato xD
