Hello. In this guide I'd like to present what do you have to say, if you want to answer smartly and be helpful when you answer to one of those basic questions asked by the "rookie" members.
So, should we start?
Then:

To the Ones that Make the Question:

Everyone has doubts, that's for sure. Now, yeah, the Boards is an excellent place to question that thing you forgot/don't know.
But we must have sub-divisions:
-First, if you don't understand some of the points on the Naruto-Boards Guide (one of the rules), instead of creating a topic about it in any section or even post at some topic with a different motive, you can Private Message someone that you see that is a good and rule-follower person, asking what means this and that.
Attention: ONLY if the person you PMed can't answer, PM a member of the Staff, like the Mods. I don't really advice you to make this. After all, they have to work.
If you see anyone like the 1st person, PM them, before PMing anyone from the staff.
Note: For the 1st scenario to happen it's very rare and unusual.
This is a good strategy to avoid posting "unnwanted" topics, and, sometimes, be warned. Now, if it's another doubt that isn't related to the rules, for example, something about your computer, try to post at Village Hall, on the parts that help your software/hardware.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To Those that Answer:

Before answering, if you don't know the subject, don't abandon the topic: people maybe need you for sure. Try to inform yourself online, quickly ask a buddy that understands such subject. You'll help someone and get more knowledge of that subject! Wonderful isn't it?
Now, let's proceed.
When you answer, you can know a percentage of 50%, but try to not make short and unhelpful answers. After all, you are helping someone aren't you.
Try to clarify your point the most, by showing that you know. Make a smart answer, so you:
- help someone;
- don't confuse that someone more.

Was it clear?
I'll now put an example here:

Rookie:
HELP! Video doesn't work properly on my laptop!

1st one, with a non-smart answer:
I dunno, you can go to Web and look. (this counts as spam too, so I advice you not to answer this).

Smart answer:
X.org 6.8.1 mouse cursor on Fooware MV1005 vid. chipset - is misshapen

Note: If you find anything incomplete, PM and help this guide!

Now, that the guide is finished, I'd like to make the credits:

Credits:
I want to credit this guide to
- The Boards and to the users that want help most of the times (my inspiration for it);
- Everyone that wants to help this guide by sending PMs.

it's not like we're making alive out of it, because
