Itachi (S); There are a few choices you can go with.
Itachi (S) Sasuke Suigetsu. It has a passive tai nin and blood clash, but uses all forms of chakra. It also has many combos to pull off as well as great defense.

Itachi (S) Kisame Body Double Four Tails. This team doesn't have a normal 100 addition for low cost like most of my teams, but itachi (S) requires either a healer or a another defense character to be a successful character. There is the 25+25+50 for loads of chakra, but more than that, it's the ability to slow down the opponent's while doing relative damage.

Itachi (S) Haku Sakura (S). It's my favorite type of team. 25+25, full piercing, heal plus DD. Dangerous combos play out here. I'm sure you understand most if not all.

Nii, Ino S, Demon Brothers

Niibi + Ino S creates a formidable combination to start, most piercing spikes are melee and as such Ino S helps to improve Nii's survivability to spikes. I add in the Demon Brothers to add some resilliance to stuns as well as to create a full stun coverage between Ino S and the Brothers

Shikamaru is interesting, just remember this like with old shino, 2 preps and go..

Naruto + Shikamaru form a full stun pairing hitting melee and ranged. Hinata S covers your minor chakra usage and ties in well with a drain and cool boosting skill.

Okay, Kakuzu is a very handy character; requires the opponent to know what skill is coming next or they will be surprised and caught off guard.
With that being said, i say...
Kakuzu Sakura (s) Obito/Zaku.
The obito way provides 25+25 for cheap costs. +30 from obito's affliction gets the character down to 20 then Kakuzu can go in for the kill. Provides a small stun back-up and some handy damage/defense.
The Zaku way is harder to use, you would really need to know when to use a counter or when to attack. It can help against aoe and things, plus a handy defense to garra incase kakuzu is in a bind.

Kisame Body Double. I mentioned him earlier in a team with Itachi (S). Another team for him would be Gai Chiyo Kisame Body Double. I always like to have back ups, since the new change. 2 stunners, 1 counter, it would really help if you got his affliction aoe move up, that would save your counter and give chiyo a bit more room to do her DoT damage. :3

Kabuto (s) Kiba (S) Kank (S). 50+35+15, counter capable, aoe defense and heal.
Seperate.
Kabuto (S) Sakura (S) and Nii (S). I loved this team when Nii's first skill had no C/d. But it still has it's advantages. Heal Heal Defense. Low costing moves. Side effect: No stuns or counters, pretty straight forward team.
Oops: Edit: incase of Kiba (S) seperate. Kiba (S) Css Kank (S) works as well as the above. 50+45+5 is a kill, provides a good counter against aoe and spikers. :3

I see that, i apologize. I missed a couple, actually.

Stuns have been slightly messed up due to recent changes, but shika (S) happens to be on of the best because he can stun either chakra melle or physical ranged. :3
Shika (S) Css and Zaku/Demon Bros.
Demon bros simply have 1 of the best stuns in the game, plus a +45+35+25/30 overkill or 45+35+20. It may require a prep, and shika (s) has a c/d flaw. But overall it can cause hefty damage and provide a good come back even in the worst chakra condition. (Uses all forms of chakra +random to do amazing damage/protection.)

More than welcome to use above team, but i think i have a much more exceptional team for you to handle. Css/Sasu (S)/Sasuke Shino (S) Demon Bros. Amazing either way. 45+30+30 (Shino(s) Preped) 2 counters/chakra gainers/spike depending on which sasuke you use. Handy Inbul to friendly + Demon bro stuns.
(I suggest Sasu (S) over the other two.)

It used to work better, before kabuto's nerf but it still owns. All around heals, all stunners, all physical...a bad thing to have when Kyubbi is running a rampage. But that is why you have stunners as well. Nin clash, luckily it is passive due to it all being used to self heal mostly.

Any team i have previously suggested works for leveling and streaking. Most of them, i have used myself to atleast jounin. Another team you can try, it's simple and requires no unlocked characters.
Chouji Rin Naruto/Kyubbi.
1 pill chouji in this team can rock some worlds. 40+35+25 going the kyubbi route. 15+40+45 going the naruto way. Stun, defense, heals. Oh, you wanted a strat, okay.
Normally, you wouldn't waste time pilling chouji, unless they have someone like kin or kiba. Someone whom can stop his defense, other than that, pill once asap. After that, pill to your heart's desire. Use naruto/kyubbi for stun/kill assistance. Make sure you atleast try to keep chouji alive, if they are going for him and you can't stop it, then i suggest you start saving nin/tai for naruto.
