Drainers Glitch

#1 NOTE: After talking to some players, specifically Izaky, avs77 and DasakeUchiha, I'm no longer sure if this is a glitch, or if it's the way drainers are supposed to be. In either case I found it very useful that the players know how drainers work these days, as some of them might not know, and in case it really is a glitch, then this is the proof. ::: Hello fellow players. I'm here just to prove a very bad glitch that is happening with drainers. I used Hinata and Neji to prove that there is a glitch, and I'm pretty sure it happens to all drainers since the latest meta-change. This glitch is a bit hard to explain, which is why I decided to make a video instead of taking screenshot to make it easier to understand. The glitch that I was searching for was this: - The new drain skills, decide what chakra they are going to drain, before checking if the enemy has such chakra. When it should be: - The new drain skills, drain random of chakra out of a group of specific chakra. So if there is a glitch, there will be cases where you will use Hinata's drain, and nothing will be drained, even tho your opponent may have Ninjutsu or Taijutsu chakra. If her drain decides to go for the chakra that they don't have, then it won't drain anything. Like if Hinata's drain decides to drain 2 taijutsu, but your opponent has 2 ninjutsu and 0 taijutsu, the next turn he will still have those 2 nin, and the drain will be ineffective. So now here's the video where I accidentally proved it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fZ20amyd0C8 Mind this: I was supposed to be proving this with my friend Izaky but I accidentally hit the ladder button and ended up doing a ladder battle, so I'd still like to thank Izaky for his help, even tho he just supported me through the battle. (xd) Ok, now. Fearing that I had hit the ladder button, since I wasn't facing Izaky on a pb, I had to play the battle. First turn (my opponent): 1 chakra, skips Second turn (me): 3 chakra, Byakugan Third turn (my opponent): 4 chakra, Corrupt Chidori + Gattling Punch, spent all his chakra. Fourth turn (me): Hinata Gentle Fist + Eight Trigram 64 Palms + Sakura S Healing, spent all my chakra, and will drain 2 tai/nin + 1 tai/blood. Fifth turn (my opponent): Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu + Parasite Demon Technique. And this proves, that both my drains did not drain blood, and did not drain nin. Instead both of them tried to drain taijutsu, which my opponent didn't have. This is a very serious glitch that affects all drainers, and will bring their winning % down, so we will be balancing (like we are already) them based on a glitch. Now, I have to say that there is a chance this is the way Luapman intended things to go. In that case it is not a glitch, and it's just the way it is. But I'm definitely almost sure that most players thought it worked the other way around. Also, I wanna thank LR's DasakeUchiha and e5 since they were the first guys who told me there could be such a glitch some weeks ago, as it happened to them, concerning Neji (S). After this, the glitch happened to me and now I thought it was time to prove it, to avoid further balance updates based on this. And last, to prove that this is in fact a not-fake and unedited ladder battle you can see in my profile now that this ladder happened an hour or so ago. If it isn't enough, I still have in video the full battle if it's needed to prove that this battle is legit. I just decided to not upload the full battle as it was irrelevant for its purpose. And since those first minutes are unedited you will unfortunately have to see me switching windows between the N-A Battle and my clan's chatbox. #4 No Problem, Beat. If this is a glitch, it is the most hidden glitch ever in n-a. If it isn't, then drainers are severely flawed. Yeh, technically we are just talking about burners. Hinata, Neji (S), etc. So, you may be correct, stealers weren't necessarily looked at. But, if 1 type of drain is 'glitching' or 'flawed', i guess it would be the same for the other. If they don't have tai, and yoroi trys to steal it, then it won't work. Assumption. #10 Thank you all for the replies, maybe I will try that on actual drainers instead of burning, some other day. But like Das I assume they are coded similarly so they will have the same problem. Also, the skills are wrote similarly, so if it's the way it's supposed to work, then drainers will work the same way as burners. Maybe I'll try that some other day. I love the smell of napalm in the morning..

#15 i've also noticed this before (to my disadvantage ) and it does apply to stealers aswell as i've attempted to steal with shino and next round had no additional chakra (will test and prove if needed) as said its either a bad glitch or and even worse flaw i think making the characters test which chakra the enemy has before it drains/steals would be a hard thing to code! maybe taking either chakra and returning the ones not needed would be easier to code not sure how N-A is coded to be honest... issue needs a look at though because drainers/stealers are at a big disadvantage if the expensive draining/stealing skill doesnt actually pay off if it is the intention of the mods then the skills need to use less chakra to pull off and maybe some kind of boost Love my family!!
