#1 Q: Why are we here? A: Magna Shiya has always been a clan looking for new potential to join us. We do not thrive on allowing anyone into our clan just by stats, and/or popularity among others. We simply want members who are committed, loyal, presenting themselves in a good way to others and who show respect to anyone they meet. Magna Shiya is a family, we try to get to know our members, build bonds to make and share memories with. Q: How does our clan's recruiting system work? A: Our clan does things in an accordingly way or fashion. We discuss all the matter, take every aspects into consideration, think of all the possibilities/results and we decide on what to do. This clan strives on having and keeping a good image/appearance, this is how members consider us to be a good and top clan that they can reside in. Q: What exactly are we looking for? A: We, as a clan, are looking for experienced players who we think that have enough potential to join and bring us to the next level. We do not expect you to consider us because our clan has great gfx or because there's a certain person in the clan, etc. but because you have an actual interest in making the clan better in any possible way you can. Why should we consider you to be a possible recruit/member of Magna Shiya? Q: How do we recruit members into our clan? A: Magna is not a clan that lets you in simply because you ask or even by how your profile looks. We expect you to get along and build bonds with our members, keep yourself active either on our Chatbox or our Thread or both, to get yourself known by others. Let us see your personality and we'll decide if you're a person we want in our clan. There is an application on the Recruitment thread for you to fill out. We need to know your past here, and future here. We need to know your past clans, reasons for leaving them, reasons why you want to join us etc.. If we think the application you've filled out is good, then it goes into the voting process. Post your application on our Recruitment thread so that a leader can handle it by posting it on our Forums and members of Magna Shiya will vote yes or no. Then you will expect a private message on whether if you're rejected or accepted. 6 Yes and you are eligible to join, 3 No and you're rejected from joining the family. Rules for Applying: If you're in a clan already, do not bother applying. If you recently joined a clan and you left because you want to apply for us again, do not bother. Members who have a history of hopping, swapping, scamming, etc. are not welcomed. People who had already joined but left in the process cannot apply again, same goes for if you applied once but got rejected. We might only make an exception for a specific number of people who wishes to try again.
