#9 3rd skill is like Gaara rehab's Desert Imperial Funeral and i think two preparations makes it unbalanced and there is said that it requirs Kangekiha and then Suijinheki when you cant use 3rd skill without 2nd and 2nd without 1st so edit 3rd skills requirements to only: Suijinheki grammar errors (3rd skill) not bad balance I will not say nothing on pics because they are from colormanga but they are pretty nice overall 7.5/10 I am "BACK"
