KBD shockwave char 1 + kin/ally attack char 3 = Char 1 taking 10 damage and char 3 is 0 damage and all chakra was used/...... Did KBD cancel out the other skills i used on a DIFFERENT enemy character.??? wtf I know how to stack attacks as a veteran since 06. but this was like HUH?

Yes, KBD's Water Prison makes you ignore friendly effects, much like Konan's Origami Blanket. Also, he may have used some invisible effect.
