for dog hydra, you should make it say " 10 more damage against that enemy permanently"

the chamelon thing is cool.

the crab might have to be reworked.

10/10 cuz hes well balanced, he uses only the required chakra

Edit: its a 10 because in the serie its like that(in the use of chakra), and with him in your team you should make a good strategy.. :amused
