I doubt that it will be abusive.. The cooldown is pretty heavy. and the effect to his damaging skill.. #12 8. Kamui seems slightly overpowered. Maybe drop the instant kill to 35 and below. Nice quality pictures, as well. Great job.

I thought the side effect that reduces the only (technically) damaging skill he has is a great payment to instantly kill someone. Imagine, it's just like 45 damage... but with 3 cooldown... LOL OMG.
