Implanted Sharingan gives Kakashi 10 points of damage reduction and a copied skill costs 1 bloodline and 1 random chakra to use.
Shiki Fuujin is now unique.
Quicksand Waterfall has a 1 turn cooldown.
Desert Imperial Funeral has a 2 turn cooldown.
Susanoo Activation costs 1 bloodline chakra.
Crow Genjutsu has a 2 turn cooldown.
Totsuka Sword deals 25 piercing damage.
Yatta Mirror costs 1 genjutsu and 1 random chakra.
Toad Oil Projectile deals 10 affliction damage. If Katon Endan is used on this enemy they will take 5 affliction damage. This effect is permanent and stacks.
Toad Flat Shadow Control costs 1 genjutsu and 1 random chakra. For 1 turn skills targeting Jiraiya will be reflected to the targeted character. This skill is invisible and has a 4 turn cooldown.

Bath of Burning Oil deals 20 damage and 15 piercing damage.
Minds Eye of Kagura targets a specific enemy.
Animal Path Pein (S)
Invisible Chameleon costs 1 ninjutsu and 1 random chakra and has a 2 turn cooldown.
Dance of the Shikigami delas 20 damage to one enemy and 15 damage to a different random enemy.
Toad Oil Projectile costs 1 ninjutsu chakra.
Toad Flat Shadow Control has a 3 turn cooldown.
Minds Eye of Kagura will only counter offensive skills. If the targeted enemy uses a friendly skill their skills will cost an additional random chakra for 2 turns.
Desert Imperial Funeral removes all destructible defense from one enemy and deals 50 damage to them.
Toad Oil Projectile costs 1 random chakra.
White Lion Mane can be used on any ally including himself. It lasts 3 turns and deals 25 damage to enemies who use a physical melle skill on that character and deals 15 damage and stuns for 1 turn enemies who use a physical ranged skill on that character.
Man Beast Clone costs no chakra, lasts 3 turns.
Fang Over Fang costs 1 bloodline and 2 random chakra.
Hydra Cerebus has a 1 turn cooldown.
Invisible Chameleon costs 2 random chakra, lasts 4 turns and has a 3 turn cooldown.
Piercing Fang gives Kiba (S) 25% damage reduction for 1 turn.
Fang Over Fang deals 50 damage, costs 1 taijutsu and 1 bloodline chakra, and has a 1 turn cooldown.
Desert Imperial Funeral costs 1 ninjutsu and 1 bloodline chakra, and has no cooldown.
Toad Oil Projectile deals 10 affliction damage when Katon Endan is used. This effect still stacks.

Animal Path Pein
Invisible Chameleon costs 1 random chakra.
Quicksand Waterfall costs 1 ninjutsu chakra, enemies cannot reduce damage or become invulnerable for 2 turns, and Desert Imperial Funeral may be used on effected enemies during those 2 turns.
Quicksand Waterfall allows Desert Imperial Funeral to be used on affected enemies the following turn. During this time those enemies cannot reduce damage or become invulnerable.
Generic Invulnerability skills can be used even if the character is stunned.
Energy Drain and Draining Assault will cost 1 and 2 bloodline chakra respectively during their alternate effects.
Dual Pin costs 1 taijutsu chakra, ignores invulnerability, stuns one enemy for 1 turn, has a 2 turn c/d, and allows Twin Snakes Mutual Death to be used on the target.
Twin Snakes Mutual Death costs 2 ninjutsu and 1 random, Anko gains 2 random chakra, the targeted enemy is killed, and Anko is killed.
Hidden Shadow Snake Hand deals 30 damage.
Illusion Duplication Attack deals 15 damage to one enemy. Each time it is used it will deal 5 more damage. This bonus damage is lost if Kin is stunned.
Unnerving Bells increases the cost of one enemy's chakra and mental skills by 1 random chakra for 2 turns. If that enemy uses a new skill during this time they will take 10 piercing damage. It has a 3 turn c/d.
Needle and Bell Trap makes one enemy unable to reduce damage or become invulnerable for 2 turns. During this time, if that enemy uses a new skill they will take 50% more damage from skills the following turn.
Pit Trap deals 10 piercing damage at the end of an enemy's turn.
Medical Kit heals 10 health per turn.

Konoha Shoufuu targets one enemy until Lee dies. If a offensive physical skill is used on that enemy this skill will deal 15 damage to them once. This skill cannot be used on enemies already effected.

Doki Demons deals 15 damage per turn.
Demonic Flute Illusion has a 3 turn cooldown.

Tsukuyomi does not end if a friendly skill is used on the target.

Four Column Prison does not make the target invulnerable to enemy skills.
Corrupt Chidori deals 45 piercing damage and reduces non-affliction damage dealt by that enemy by 50% for 2 turns.

Obito Sharingan reduces damage by 25%.
Bug Wall gives all allies 15 permanent destructible defense each turn for 3 turns and has a 4 turn cooldown.
Twin Snakes Mutaul Death deals 25 piercing damage to one enemy, and costs 1 ninjutsu and 1 random chakra.
Dual Pin lasts 1 turn and has a 1 turn cooldown. The target of this skill will take 15 more damage from Twin Snakes Mutual Death, and if Anko takes damage the target of this skill will take 10 damage.
