#1 Go to my new showcase. Hey guys! You probably know me from making some decent characters in the past. Well I've made over a hundred different characters by now and I think its time to make an official showcase and not like the my old one but one more professional. But anyways check them out. #2 Kiba: Decoy Jacket should only activate on the first enemy that uses a skill on him. Tenten: Ninja Tools Assault should cost 1 Tai and 1 Random. I also don't think she should get DD from Tool Summoning since she also gets DR from Tonfa Summoning or vice-versa. Shikamaru: Shika's Punch should have a one turn cooldown. Shadow Possession should be Instant and should last only 2 turns. Shadow Strangler needs no cooldown and the instant kill effect makes it a bit OP. Choji: Human Boulder should give him 50% DR, should have a cooldown of 2, and its improved effect to Cushioned Body should make the ally invulnerable to Physical and Chakra skills for one turn. Lee: Weight Removal should cost 1 Random or 2. 3rd Hokage: Shadow Clones should deal 5 damage to the enemy team each turn until its DD is destroyed.

#3 Kiba: Does Garouga change from piercing to normal damage or remains the same, because if its piercing damage the damage needs to be reduce. Jacket Decoy makes no sense in stunning the enemy. Tenten: Tonfa Summoning second effects should be change or unless dealing 15 damage against enemy's attacks only last 1 turn. If not Tenten is partially invincible foe 3 tuns. Choji: You misspelled his name, reduce the damage reduction of cushioned body to 50%, Get another invulnerability pic 3rd Hokage: For Shadow Clone jutsu, you should say it (can't be) used again until DD is destroyed, Explosive Tag is OP considering it doesn't cost a chakra (which it should) and deal affliction damage,

#9 They all have bad quality. Kiba is ballanced. 7 Tenten is ballanced too. 7 Shikamaru is a little OP. 6.5 Chouji is OP. 6 Lee is OP. 5.5 Sandaime is very ballanced, he's the best character from this collection. 8/10

#12 7.5/10 you can improve on the quality, and you can rework some caracters like shikamaru lee those caracters are OP GJ:amused

Decoy Jacket does makes sense cause in the anime Sakon thought Kiba was the jacket so Kiba got away while Sakonn was occupied. Tenten-It does only last 1 turn. If it didn't I would've have mentioned it. Choji- No I didn't. Why? his invunerability skill is unique and slightly funny.
