Here are my new ideas for Yoroi and Gai (S).

Yoroi: He is really UP durning Chakra and Life Absorption: HE CANNOT DAMAGE ANY ENEMY! He can only steal chakra, but he needs 1 specific chakra to do it!
My idea: Durning Chakra and Life Absorption he can also steal 5 health from the target when uses Energy Drain and Draining Assault.

Gai (S): People think he is OP because he has Viev Gate Release and Asa Kujaku. And what about Nunchaku Taijutsu?! It costs only 1 taijutsu and:
1)deals 15 dmg to one enemy for 3 turns
2)deals 20 dmg to enemy that uses a melee skill on Gai (S)
ISN`T THIS SKILL OP!?!?!?!?
My idea:
-If any enemy uses a melee skill on Gai (S), they will take 15 damage (not 20, I think this must be changed.
-15 dmg for 3 turns is really OP. There are 2 ways to change this:
1)Increashe cost by one random chakra (1 tai random)
2)Decrease damage to 10 (10 damage for 3 turns)


Please, comment my ideas!

suggestion for lee: he is now worse in a way but i have 2 ideas for off balance dodge 1. make it do damage to countered enemies this way he has more damaging skills
2. make off balance dodge change into a damage skill like when he does it to kimimaro he dodges and then hit him back spinning
and i think yugito is a really good character i can't wait to unlock her so why don't people use her the only thing i can suggest is since she has all that damage reduction get rid of her invulnerability skill and give her a none damaging skill to make her more balanced

This boost is a step in the right direction, but Yugito Nii's number's won't rise much. She was clearly intended to be a tank, but her defensive effects are lacking slightly. I don't think something as drastic as 50% unpierceable reduction is the answer, but she needs some help against things that bypass reduction. This extra 5 reduction will mostly hurt characters who couldn't do much to her anyway.

Maybe after its first use, Nibi Transformation should turn into a move that offers destructable defense with a cooldown.

I think Luapman is trying to make sure she doesn't skyrocket in the %s though, so I totally understand smaller boosts like this.

Sure, Yugito % will go up, but the boost doesn't fix her problem honestly - Being terrible against piercing. Sure now she is even stronger against non-piercing, but I am not sure this is right thing to do.

Honestly, I am slightly disappointed by the changes this time around. Luapman did the opposite of what the altar discussed about.

to be honest,lee change is a good one,just think what off balance dodge can do especially 1 vs 2 ,and don;t forget that the cooldown of evasion is removed ,which certainly isn't the best effect,becoz with such a defense rarely will u get invulnerable with him.

Agreed.
I don't consider the changes boosts, there just a ehh.
Nii's weakness on why she's been so low, it's because for one.
She's a hard character to unlock and two
There's 43 character that can go through DR, so giving her more DR doesn't help the cause
The only real Defense in this game is DD.

And for the person who said 50% DR is OP, come on....I just said 43 Characters have the ability to pass through it.

Give Nii a deserved Boost, make her the first unpiercable character.

as for Lee

How dare you say boost Naruto(S)

He has a broken MSC, a no c/d, Pierce, that ignores Invulnerability Rasengan.
and a Recharge move. Last thing he needs is a boost.
Also, a skill that basically gives you the chakra for your skill deserves a 15, heck even more damage like 20. Not a Boost.

And what do they do?They boost it -_-
Nii's transformation is already OP enough you should get rid of the 5 points of DR and change 50 to 25 damage reduction, like i said on the 9th altar.

it think it's great that nii got a boost, but it went the wrong direction. I have a possible rework to nibi trans, and a few other ideas to help

Yugito: she could be able to use her prep a few times.
First use:
-25% unpiercable DR and this Skills C/D increases by 1
or
-25% normal DR and XX DD (maybe 20-25?) and this Skills C/D increases by 1
cost: 1 random......c/d: 1

Second use:
-33% unpiercable DR and this Skills C/D increases by 1 (more)
or
-33% normal DR and XX DD (around 20-30) and this Skills C/D increases by 1 (more)
cost: 1 specific (blood or nin)....C/D 2 (due to first use)

Third use:
-50% unpiercable DR and this skill may not be used again
or
-50% normal DR and XX DD (25-35) and this skill may not be used again
cost: 1 nin, 1 random
or
1 blood, 1 random
or
2 specifics

as someonw else stated, it could also work to make it a skill that gives her DD. Perhaps, instead of just annoying instant DD, like Gaara, beacuse it is annoying, but how about:
Nibi Transformation: Current effects, except the 5p DR....then add: one this skill is used, each subsequent use will give Nii (and maybe her allies) 15-25 DD each turn for 2 turns (depending on if it is team or self).
C/D: 3-4 (not counting first use as a prep)

another Idea: perhaps making it so that when nibi is active, if a piercing move is used on her, she will ignore all other piercing skills that turn (and any effects from the ignored skill), and possibly the turn after? giving her a 2 turn pierce ignore will not stop her from other attacks, just piercing,

the only problem is Gaara's Waterfall, imperial combo wouldnt work....this would just bring him down a few % points, i think, and will create a good anti-aoe-spike character, as well as anti-css-kakashi (S), etc. that would give her time to stack up, but not make her invincible.

well, percents say otherwise. besides: sasuke can have permanent 50% DR, as well as hinata. they do cost a specific, but they can also use skills without their prep active....nii can't...dont forget that every other character is a piercer.

You are only interested for Lee and Yugito! And what about other characters!?!
The name of this Altar may be changed to "Lee and Yugito Altar" !

But, I will comment new balance changes: they are HORRIBLE!!! :confused
1)Yugito had pernament 50% damage reduction. It was a little OP and what did Luapman do? He added NEW REDUCTION!!! :wacko
I think 25% of non-piercable damage reduction is the best idea.
Yugito`s offensive skills are ok. :noworry
2)Lee`s Dodge is not logic skill. He dodges and skill is countered :wacko . Really... It is IGNORED!
I think the best idea is to make it like this: Lee will ignore all enemy physical and chakra skills for 1 turn. The following turn UA costs 2 random chakras (or 1 taijutsu chakra, I do not know what is the better idea).

I'm thinking...
Nibi Transformation: Enables to use Spectral and Claw Swipe. Gains 25% unpiercable damage reduction and 50 desructible defense. Then, if possible once the destructible defense is removed, it goes to normal damage reduction?
Cost: 2 Randoms
C/D: None
And, in my opinion her attacks could be a little different (just sayin')
Spectral Fireball: 20 damage. Every time it is used it does 5 more damage, until it reaches 50.
Cost: 1 Bloodline
C/D: None
Claw Swipe: 15 to entire team. Every time it used it does 5 more damage, until it reaches 35.
Cost: Bloodline and Random (or Tai possibly?)
C/D: 1

Just suggestions :laugh

Okay so far no post (including mine) has said the boosts went the right way. Oh well guess we'll have to wait for the %. Maybe Nii will go up by 1% making her 45% um... will that do? Now she is a monster against some while dead against others. Feels like she is here as a punishment for teams that don't use blind piercing chars like CSS, Sasuke, Gaara etc. :confused

Like I said DF Lee is still inferior to gates Lee. But yeah, he'll most probably be good for the Rehab teams. He'll counter everything... including Tayuya's AoE stun and that's huge. Though maybe gates Lee will need a boost soon as well.

I have a feeling we'll get more boosts soon. Good, many people love boosts for some reason.

edit - @Tom - Since you asked. Maybe it was better left ignored...

First of all Gai/S is fine. He is one of the few chars that actually punishes blind rushes.

And Yoroi... I don't know. But we have chars who are far more useless than him. Your idea can cause some pretty decent abuse. Remember he steals chakra without a C/D and that's huge and reliable.

edit 2 - @Water's post below mine - Boost to Sakura? She needs a rework on her punch but heal? That's fine. Plainly boosting Sakura will cause an outrage. :oh

Going to post on the new altar. Honestly, Lee's boost make me really itchy, you know? He counters all offensive skills, if countered, the countered enemiues will have their off. skills costing one extra random, plus, Evasion has no cooldown. This would and will be abused.
About Nii... Honestly, she "leveled up" from a little overpowered transformation to a normal overpowered transformation.

Solutions? Here ya go:

For Lee, I suggest to return to melee skills counter with the current Evasion effect.

For Nii, the "present" would be totally reworking her Transformation skill.

A suggestion for Sakura:

- Ever though on comparing Sakura to Kabuto (S). If yes, you would notice that Sakura is weaker than him. When his heal skill heals 25, Sakura's only heals 20, for the same cost and C/D. If you notice, using Kabuto (S) as a support character would be a lot better than using Sakura. Yes, Sakura can stun, but Kabuto (S) can make one enemy ignoring friendly skills. So, for a conclusion, I suggest to boost Sakura's Healing Skill.

nii's boost just killed characters wich deal 10 15 damage even 20 and 30 normal damage.Well since most of the characters used on qb's and ladders have piercable attacks,i think the boost got was in the wrong direction.

Nii is suffering from the same think Kurosaki Ichigo from S-A is suffering,one move overshadowing the other.Let's be honest ,other than exceptional cases ,when u preffered Claw Swipe instead of Spectral Fireball.

I dunno what should we do with her,maybe a cost change?Claw Swipe:1 tai or 2 randoms?

And about Lee,his change was a good one,especially for AoE teams,but i don;t like the effect u get.Maybe the enemy countered would have his cooldown of the skill started.
