I give people 4 points for pics, when you haven´t made the pics I can give you at the highest vote a 6/10, but I split the 4 points on the other skills, but rate striker.

Normaly you would have get a 7,5/10.

Another thing is that my character do other things than: Do Afflcition damage. All your skill deal affliction damage. Your strongest attack does 20 damage, but it needs a prep which is useless...
You have to thing about a fight in N-A. Would you like to use this chara? High costs and Cds for low damage and effects that I would ignore in a fight are not good for a battle.

The last thing is that you are realy rude. You posted your character to get adive and comments. I gave it to you and the only thing you can do it to be rude. Oh thanks.

In the end I have one thing left to say: Rework your Character.

Awww man. Don't know what to say. Up, picks are not the best, wtf with mission name, all exept invulnerable skill should be affliction. Because you are mine friend 6/10.
