#12 I dont get it, whats with the "?", and he uses 2 chakra for high lvl skills that border Op i dont get the "he uses too much chakra" thing, its not like he has 3 skills costing 2 chakra, the skills that cost more than 1 specific are worth it cuz they do alot.
