#1 ??? +//. [~Chapter I~] [~History of the Name~] ??? ??? Seigi was born in May 2, 2009. The word "Seigi" is the japanese word for "Justice." Seigi is destined to be one of the most well-known clans in the Boards. ??? +//. [~Chapter II~] [~The First Days~] ??? ??? The first days were pretty rough. Seigi clan has gotten the first new members. The thread was made. It was so wonderful that the Boards had a lot to say about Seigi. It was also one of the best ones in the Boards. We are looking straight for high improvements and success in the clan. Still, we are recruiting for new members and captains. Our GFXers have been a big help and did well on the Banners and other GFX. They were pretty good for a start. The clan had to ladder all the way to Level 18 in order to start our beginning. A lot of edits have been made in the thread. We get along with other clans pretty well. We quickly gained respect from the Boards. Our first days paid off really well ??? +//. [~Chapter III~] [~The Rise and Fall of Seigi~] ??? ??? Seigi was now one of the most well known clans in the Boards until something happened. Seigi became really inactive. Mp99 couldn't decide what to do with Seigi, so he left Seigi after it died without disbanding it. Mp99 soon got banned from the Boards. His sister recently started Naruto-Arena in the Winter of '09. Kamic was new to the Boards and became well-known quickly for her creative Threads. It was one of her talents. Her brother advised her to continue the glory of Seigi once more. Therefore, Seigi was reborn. ??? +//. [~Chapter VI~] [~Rebirth~] ??? ??? As Winter Break ended, the School Season began for Seigi as well as all of Naruto-Arena. Seigi is currently recruiting as well as we celebrate for our rebirth. A lot of members picked up new Talents and Skills as the School Season goes by. Seigi is in peace. At the moment, Seigi has Dominated some of the most well-known clans in the Boards. It seems that Seigi is about to reach it's goal as we continue to show Beastliness to Naruto-Arena until the End of Time.

#2 ??? In order to become a Seigi member, you will have to obtain at least 2 out of the possible tests. Tests can be obtained by the following : ??? [T]est 1 - Level Test ??? You must obtain a highest Level of at least 26 your ratio must look good and be rated at least 7/10 by at least 3 of our members. Your record has to look nice or else we won't be interested in you. You must also be streaking on each Level. ??? [T]est 2 - Streak Test ??? You must have a highest Streak of at least +20. A way you can Streak is to reset your account and start winning 20 games in a row or more. ??? [T]est 3 - PB Test ??? You must PB one of our Members, Captains, Leaders, or the Clan Leader. If you win 2-0, you will be able to be put in the members rank. If you barely won, you can be put in the members rank. But, if you lost 1-2, and interested the tester, you will be able to join in the 'trial' rank for a few days. Lastly, if you lost 0-2, that means you can't pass this test. Which means you can't join. ??? [T]est 4 - GFX Test ??? [Y]ou will have to show 3 of your best work to our at least 3 GFXers and get at least an 7/10 twice to pass this test. If you are willing to be a GFX student of one of our GFX Members, then you can pass this test. This test is optional. ??? [T]est 5 - Ratio Test ??? [Y]ou will need a good-looking ratio in order to join. Genin - 100%. Chuunin - 100%. Missing Nin - 90%. ANBU - 80% losses. Jounin - 75% losses. Sannin - 70% losses. Jinchuriki and higher - 60%. ???
