I'm sure most of you know about the earthquake that hit Haiti recently. If you've been living under a rock, you can read about the disaster HERE.

''Is there a way that I can make a difference?''

Yes, there are many things you can do. If you're old enough to donate, I urge you to do so. The sites below are legit organizations such as UNICEF or CARE; this will ensure that your donation will get to the people and places as soon as possible.

Google Haiti Earthquake Donations Page

Craigslist has a page with links to MSF, UNICEF, Oxfam, CARE, and DRI.

There's also another way to help simply by texting. Haitian-born musician Wyclef Jean's organization is accepting donations via text. By texting "Yele" to 501501, you'll automatically be donating $5 to the Yele Haiti Earthquake Fund. Check out Yele.org for more information.

Thank you

Cheers to anyone who donated; been stickied for a while now, so un-stickied and locked.
