Sakura:

Weak in Anime strong in Game.

Inner Sakura= 4 CD,3 turns 25% DR, stun last on less,.[random x.2]
Sakura Punch= 1 CD,25 DMG. stun [green-random]


I think this way she will be less annoying.
And More Balanced.

Inner Sakura for 5 Turns is OP. plus 5 CD is nothing because of Inner Sakura is over she can Spam again,again,again.
30 DMG and stun no CD is OP.


What do you think.

The only way they could have made it balanced was to use 2 randoms. If they had used 1 it would have been OP..and 3 would make it UP. For 1 Tai to be able to do 30 and stun is a bit OP but the odds that you'll keep churning out Tai is sometimes rare.

Kinda agree but still 5 turns a 25 % DR and ignoring stun she is a beast.
But if she gets 3+ Tai and 4 Nin she can beat 2 characters with 80 or lower LP.

@Kalandra - I am in a tai drought as well. Actually I am starting to think the new Lee is hexed and repels tai or something. :oh

Anyways since we're making IBD reworks, everyone take your pick,

Nari's suggestion : "Itachi casts an illusion on the enemy team in order to give his team defense. This skill gives IBD and all allies 50% reduction for one turn.This skill is invisible.

Cost: 1 Gen 1 Random C/D: 1-2

And here is KibaHina's collection from the 8th altar,

tachi Body Double rework ideas and suggestions:

-Depending on the rework to GR(which will need a name change and new pic), nerf FG accordingly.

-Depending on the rework chosen for GR and the nerf chosen for FG, his fireball could receive a boost to doing +5 more damage on the primary target.

-Crow Illusion: Itachi Body Double prepares a genjutsu of crows for his unsuspecting enemies. If an enemy attacks an ally affected by Illusionary Raven Assault they will take 20 piercing damage. This skill is invisible,and lasts until triggered.This affect can stack.
cost: 1 gen c/d: 2

-Illusionary Raven Shuriken
For 2 turns Itachi Body Double will ignore effects of all enemy skills (including damage)and all enemies that use a skill on him will take 10 piercing damage. This skill is invisible
Cost: 1 blood,1 gen
C/D:4

-Illusionary Crows:The first offensive skill the target of this skill uses will reflected onto a random ally and the damage dealt by it will be reduced by 50%. This skill lasts 2 turns.

-Illusionary Crows:The damage from the first offensive damaging skill this char uses will be reduced by 50% and will be reflected onto a random ally. This skill lasts 2 turns and is invisible. Cost: 1 gen C/D: 3

-Illusionary Crows: For 2 turns, all damage the target of this skill directs at your team will be random targeting. This skill is invible. Cost: 1 gen c/d:3

-Illusionary Ravens: IBD puts an opponent under a high level genjutsu hampering their combat abilities greatly. The cost of their skills is increased by one random and C/D is increased by 1 turn for 2 turns and the target takes 10 affliction damage per turn. During this time IBD ignores all enemy effects except damage and is invulnerable to skills used by the target. If this skill is countered or canceled then IBD gains one genjutsu chakra. This skill is canceled if a healing skill is used on the target. class : mental, ranged, control

Cost : 1gen 1 blood. C/D : 5

1 Gen 1 Random 2/3 Turn C/D [The C/D on such a skill would be very important in determining OP vs UP]

-Illusionary Crows: IBD targets an opponent for 1/2 turns. During this time damage dealt by the target is reduced by 50% and all other effects of skills used by the target would be ignored. This skill is invisible.

Here is 1 problem with Kabuto`s Mystical Palm Technique:
1)My opponent activated Kiba (S)`s Man Beast Clone.
2)I used on Kiba (S) Kabuto`s Mystical Palm Technique and Sakon`s Gattling Punch-Kiba lost 80 health!
Man Beast Clone Says: Kiba(s) turns Akamaru into a clone of himself. For 4 turns Kiba(s) will ignore stuns. During this time, he will also ignore effects that would INCREASHE DAMAGE DEFAULT TO HIM and effects that would decrease damage Kiba(s) deals.

If MPT ignores this effect, it must be changed like this: Yakushi Kabuto attacks one enemy cutting through their flesh like a scalpel dealing 20 piercing damage to them. Damage that enemy takes from enemy physical skills this turn is increashed by 50%.

Sakura's stun is really abuse by new people and well whenever I face a sakura in a stun team the do the toll and keep stunning me and sakure is always stunning every turn so I say a one turn cooldown on it

Here are some my ideas:

1)Lee`s:
1-Drunken Fist Style and Fifth Gate Opening LAST 4 TURNS.
2-Fifth Gate Opening: Lee opens five of his chakra gates. IF ANY ENEMY USES AN OFFENSIVE SKILL ON HIM, THEY WILL PERNAMENTLY TAKE 5 MORE DAMAGE FROM HIS SKILLS (THIS SKILL EFFECT STACKS). This skill and Drunken Fist are replaced by High Speed Taijutsu and Omote Renge. Fiery Spirit may be used. This skill is permanent and cannot be countered.

2)Kiba (S)`s Fang Over Fang: Kiba(s) and Akamaru attack an enemy from two different angles dealing 30 damage to them FOR 2 TURNS. That enemy will pernamently deal 5 less damage on skills they use (this effect stacks).* Durning this time Piercing Fang may not be used. This skill ignores invulnerability. Requires Man Beast Clone.
Classes: Physical, Action, Melee, Affliction*
Cooldown: 1

Someone said that if a skill makes an enemy unable to perform a move for one turn, it needs a CD. Kisame's stun, which doesn't even stun fully has one, yet Sakura's punch doesn't have a CD for a complete stun? Hmm.

it's her only offensive move that costs a specific and the chances of pulling a tai is 1/4

it's quite balanced if i do say so myself.

i just say that inner sakura seems a bit ridiculous, but her stun is perfectly fine.

@ Lee suggestions:

Yes, but they should have a duration of 8 not 4.

2)Why is that? It would be recklessto have one enemy taking 5 more dmaage instead of Lee dealing 5 more damage. I do not agree with this one.

@Kiba: Reckless. That would mean 60 damage too, since Man Beast Clone makes Kiba ignore stuns and effects that would make him deal less damage.

Now, Kisame. He really needs a boost. I was thinking about adding piercing damage to his Samehada Slash skill, since it has a cooldown of 1. That or making the Water Shark piercing. Or even adding piercing to Samehada Shread. Right now, Kisame is UP. And the winrates and % "agree" with me.

So we are on the topic of Sakura?
Suggestion: After Sakura has used inner self: give her other attacks, like Lee sort of to say only that Sakura has 1 skill changed and that would be Inner Sakura to, well I don't know. A stun move for 2 randoms.
The problem with Sakura is not that she is OP but more that she deals greater damage than most of the Jounins for just 1 specific. Not to mention that she is OP to her older self. I agree that Sakura needs a nerf, maybe even give her a nerf that she deal 25% of KO Punch.

I get rock lee its pretty simple 5th gate opening is a boost for attacks and if u use tht it cancels drunken fist style and fiery spirit stays the same but only heals this time. when drunken fist is use lee can repel melee attacks and use attack and make the opponent use one more random chakra for and if u use fiery spirit his attack increases. To tell the truth if you know how to use this guy he rocks all ppl who say he sucks don't know how to use him. I have great teams with this guy and hes my favorite character. nice one on this one to all who edited this guy!

I said it. Sakura has 1 offensive and Kisame has 3 offensive skills. But, I do not like KO punch.
For Kisame`s Samehada Slash I think cooldown cannot be changed. But, for that effect and a 1 turn cooldown damage can be changed to:
1)20 piercing
2)25 piercing
3)25

For Sakura I have 2 ideas:
1)Durning Inner Sakura she cannot be stunned by enemy skills.
2)KO punch deals 20 damage to one enemy. Durning Inner Sakura it will also stun the target for 1 turn.
Why I think she must be changed?
1) If stuns last 1 turn less, Gaara can`t kill her.
2)I think if any skill stuns the target and has not got cooldown, it must require a preparation.

Four Tail Kyuubi Naruto (s): Compressed Chakra Blast - if the enemy is invulnerable he had lost 30 piercing damage.
Shockwave Smash: After using it he had cost 1 random charkra

Deidara (s): Rework with new attaks its fight against Sasuke.

Hidan (s): add 5 damage Impale with the sum of all their attacks take 100 damage

Kakachi (s): add Raikiri in his fight against Kakuzu

Sakura (s): Chakra Enhanced Punch - takes 30 piercing damage from an enemy and cost 1 Taijutsu and 1 Random
