Chakra
Kidoumaru uses Ninjutsu and Bloodline. If you're the type of person that does not want to clash chakra, then I suggest you place Kidoumaru in teams with characters that use: Genjutsu, Taijtusu, and Random. Kidoumaru's main chakra skill is Bloodline, so whatever you do, do not place anymore Bloodline users in the same team. However as for Ninjutsu, because Kidoumaru uses both Bloodline and Ninjutsu to attack, then I also suggest not to clash with Ninjutsu as much as you would with Bloodline.
Suggestions
I suggest you place Kidoumaru in teams that can/do:
- Area of Effect (Because of the skill Summoning Kyodaigumo, Kidoumaru is able to deal 10 damage to the whole opponent team, meaning if you place other characters in the same team that can deal Area of Effect damage, will result in a great all round damage to your opponent).
- Damage over Time (Not only does Summoning Kyodaigumo deal 10 damage to all characters, but also it continues to deal damage without having to preperate, meaning by placing characters in the same team that also have a few Damage over Time skills, will result in not only Area of Effect damage, but also saving up chakra for yourself).
- Affliction Damage (Summoning Kyodaigumo does not deal "10 damage" but deals "10 affliction damage" which means even though you're opponent will go invulnerable, it will still deal damage until the skill ends or the affliction is removed. So, by placing other affliction users in the same team, will be similar like Damage over Time, however deals damage, ignoring damage reduction and invulnerability).
- Counter (Kidoumaru's skill, Spider Web, allows him to counter any melee skills used on him. By doing so, by placing at least another character in the same team that can counter / reflect damage, may intimidate your opponent, in which, you can take advantage of).
- Stun (Its a follow up effect from Spider Web, in which once the target has fallen for the skill, it stuns the character for 2 turns. Pretty good, right? However I do not really recommend you to place Kidoumaru i a stun team because your opponent will need to have melee characters as well as using Spider Web at the right time. However, it is possible).
- Spike (Kidoumaru's main attack skill, Golden Arrow, allows him to deal up to +50 damage which makes him a pretty deadly character. This means by placing characters in the same team that can deal at least 50 damage or more, will result in an instant kill towards one character if a combo is done correctly).
- Piercing Damage (Not only does Golden Arrow deal 50 damage to one character, but also pierces meaning it can go through characters with Damage Reduction. By placing him in teams that just deals piercing damage to your opponent team, will result in an anti-damage reduction team, which can become useful if you face the right opponent, that is).

Chakra
Sakon uses two different types of chakra, which are Bloodline and Taijutsu. Now if you're the type of person that doesn't want to chakra clash, I recommend you place Sakon in teams with characters that use: Genjutsu, Ninjtusu, and Random. Sakon does not really have a main chakra, but that is up to you to decide, whether you use Sakon for his Parasite Demon Technique or his Gattling Punch etc.
Suggestions
I suggest you place Sakon in teams that can/do:
- Heal (Because of his skill Rest, which allows him to deal 25 health, if you place him in teams with characters that can self-heal or heal each other, you'll be having a team that will continuously regenerate Health Points, making it harder for your opponent to decrease your characters Health Points).
- Spike (Because of his skill Gattling Punch, which allows him to deal at least +40 damage, Sakon is known as a heavy damage dealer. By placing him in teams that can deal at least +60 will result in a combo of an instant kill if done properly).
- Affliction (Because of his skill Parasite Demon Technique, Sakon is able to deal 15 damage to one character for an "x" amount of time meaning until that character dies or until Sakon dies / uses rest. By comboing and dealing more than 1 affliction skills to one character, will result in a continuous HP loss without using much chakra).
- Damage Reduction (Not only does Parasite Demon Technique deal affliction damage, but also gives Sakon a 50% damage reduction, meaning that when Parasite Demon Technique is activated with 50% damage reduction, Sakon will be hard to deal damage to until Piercing Damage. By placing other characters that use Damage Reduction, will result in a good defensive team).

Chakra
Tayuya uses Genjutsu. This means you should place characters in the same team (To avoid chakra clashing) that use Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Bloodline, and Random. Tayuya is a Genjutsu user and obviously her main chakra is Genjutsu. So whatever you do, do not place another Genjutsu user on the team.
Suggestions
Tayuya will be most suitable in these sort of teams that do...
- Area of Effect (Because her Doki Demons can deal damage to ALL enemies. Because of this, you should combo using other Area of Effect skills from other characters)
- Damage over Time (Her Doki Demons is a continuous skill that can deal damage for another turn or so without having to use the skill again. By using another Damage over Time skill with Doki Demons can cause some decent damage)
- Piercing Damage (Her Doki Ghosts can deal piercing damage. Though it isn't much Tayuya is rarely used as being a piercing character in a... piercing team).
- Stealing Chakra (Her Doki Demons can not only pierce damage, but also steal chakra making one of the reasons why she is mainly used in draining / stealing teams that drain chakra).
- Area of Effect Stun (Her skill Demonic Flute Illusion can stun all enemy characters for one turn. If you have another Area of Effect stun character in the same team, you can right after you use Demonic Flute Illusion, use that other Area of Effect Skill you were planning on using next turn).

Chakra
Kimimaro uses two types of chakra, which are Bloodline and Taijtsu. However since Bloodline and Taijutsu in his skills are balanced he should not be clashed with chakra at ALL. This leads you to placing characters in the same team that use: Genjutsu, Taijutsu, and Random.
Suggestions
I suggest Kimimaro to be placed in teams that can...
- Area of Effect (Because when you use Dance of the Seedling Fern when Kimimaro is under 61 health, he will deal 30 damage to ALL enemies without fail seeing the skill cannot be countered or reflected upon use. Kimimaro is popular in Area of Effect teams).
- Sabotage (Not only does Dance of the Seedling Fern deal Area of Effect damage, but can also make characters deal 20 less damage for one turn only. Kimimaro is hardly used in Sabotage teams because of the Cooldown).
- Instant Kill / Spike (When Dance of the Clematis is used, if you combo using another skill that deals +60 damage will result in an instant kill if not for damage reduction of any sort).
- Stun (Not only does Dance of the Clematis but also stun. And with it's Cooldown Kimimaro is great to be in stun teams).
- Heal (2/4 of his skills deal affliction damage to himself. This is when a healer is useful in the same team).

Chakra
Shizune uses Random chakra, meaning you can place any character in the team that uses any chakra of any type. However with the other two characters, try not to clash chakra between each of them. Shizune has no main chakra because there is not important to not clash chakra with. Also you can place characters in the same team that also use Random. Watch out for the chakra use though.
Suggestions
I will suggest Shizune to be placed in teams that can...
- Affliction (Once you use Poison Mist an enemy will be delt 8 Affliction damage for 3 turns. Combo using other affliction skills with this one will deal heavy continuous damage).
- Healing (When Healing Resuscitation Regeneration uses this skill, she us classified as a healer. By placing her in a team with other healers making an annoying team, or with a character that injures him/herself will be very strategic and defensive).

Chakra
Kabuto uses two different types of chakra, which are Genjutsu and Ninjutsu. This means if you do not want to clash chakra with him at all, place characters in the same team that use: Taijutsu, Bloodline and Random. However if you do not use Temple of Nirvana much then Genjutsu will also be added to the list. Kabuto's main chakra is Ninjutsu so whatever you do, do not clash with NINJUTSU!!!
Suggestions
I suggest you place Kabuto in teams that can do..
- Piercing Damage (When you use Mystical Palm Technique Kabuto deals a decent amount of 20 damage for one Ninjutsu. By doing combo's with Mystical Palm Technique and hoping it's a physical skill you will deal a fairly large amount of damage.
- Boost (As explained from above, Kabuto actually boosts when using Mystical Palm Technique. Place any character in the same team that can use physical skills after Mystical Palm Technique will result in a great combo. Kabuto is popular in this area).
- Stun (When using Temple of Nirvana will result in a stun to any character that uses a skill in one turn. Can be fairly good countering skills that are Damage over Time. Kabuto is hardly used in stun teams because of the skill's cooldown).
- Damage Reduction (If you use Secret Healing Wound Destruction not only will it heal Kabuto, but he also gains 50% damage reduction for one turn. Because it's duration is very short he is rarely used in Damage Reduction teams).

Chakra
Kakashi may be a tad difficult in placing him in teams without chakra clashing, but it can be very possible if you're careful. Kakashi uses three chakra types, which are: Bloodline, Ninjutsu, and Taijutsu. If you're willing not to chakra clash at all, I suggest you place him in teams with characters that use: Genjutsu and Random. Now, to cut down the chakra. The only thing you can add in my opinion, is Taijutsu because he only uses Taijutsu for Raikiri and nothing else. The other thing is, is that if you do not use his Sharingan as much, then you can also add Bloodline to the list. Now, whatever you do though, do not chakra clash with Ninjutsu because that is Kakashi's main chakra that he uses than most others.
Suggestions
I suggest you place Kakashi in teams that can/do:
- Counter / Reflect (Because of his well known Sharingan, Kakashi is able to reflect any skill that is not unique on him. There isn't much counter reflect characters, however by placing characters similar to him, will result in a good counter and even a defensive team).
- Stun (Because of his Nin-Dogs Kakashi is able to stun. So by placing him in a stunner team, may result in a combo of stunning and damage. However because of it's cooldown, it may be a tad difficult in placing him in a proper stun team. However it is possible it could work).
- Spike (What I mean by this is, is that because of Kakashi's main attack skill Raikiri, deals well over +40 damage. By placing Kakashi in teams that can also deal at least +50 damage, will result in an instant KO on one character if combo'd properly. Kakashi is well known in Spike teams because of how much damage he deals).

Chakra
Gai uses only Taijtusu so he'll be easy to be placed in teams with characters that use: Genjutsu, Ninjutsu, Bloodline, and Random. Taijutsu is Gai's main chakra. So whatever you do, do not place anymore Taijtusu users in the same team, otherwise it'll cause problems with you in battle.
Suggestions
I suggest you place Gai in teams that can/do:
- Pierce (Because of his skill Strong Whirlwind, he is one of the most common character being placed in piercing teams. By placing other piercing characters in the same team, will result in a counter damage reduction team).
- Spike (not only does Strong Whirlwind deal 30 piercing damage, but that skill can also be doubled if you use Sixth Gate Opening dealing 60 piercing damage. Now if you place other characters that deal at least +40 damage that doesn't have to be piercing then you'll have a strong team able to instant kill a character when the time is right).
- Heal (Since Sixth Gate Opening damages Gai, if you're the type that's protective amongst your characters, than I suggest you place at least one character that is able to heal. Because once Sixth Gate Opening is active and Gai is vulnearble after use, than he becomes a main target for your opponent most of the time).
- +2 Invulnerability (What I mean by this is, is that when you use Sixth Gate Opening Gai becomes invulnerable for 2 turns, right? That means he has 2 invulnerability skills in total. If you place other characters that can do the same, it can result in a good defensive team, however because Sixth Gate Opening damages Gai, he is hardly used in these types, although you could try).
- Counter (Gai can be very useful in teams like these, because of his skill Counter Punch. By placing him in teams with characters that can also counter enemy skills, you will have one deadly and annoying team that your opponent will have to be facing. However it will be hard using a counter team, but it is up to you).

Chakra
Orochimaru uses three different types of chakra, which are Taijutsu, Bloodline, and Ninjutsu. Yes, this obviously leaves you with Genjutsu and Random. However because Ninjutsu is used only on one of his skills (1/4) Ninjutsu is not classified as a main chakra for him, so Ninjutsu can also be added to the list if you're willing to clash. His main chakra is obviously Taijutsu and Bloodline so whatever you do, do not place anymore chakra users of the same type.
Suggestions
I'd suggest Orochimaru to be placed in teams that can...
- Removing Chakra (Because of his main offensive skill Kusanagi as well as his other skill Major Summoning Manda, allows Orochimaru to remove chakra(s) from your opponents chakra pool. By placing characters that can do the same similar thing, can result in a good team of draining / removing chakra).
- Battery (Because of his second skill, Cursed Seal Technique, allows Orochimaru to damage one character dealing 15 affliction damage for chakra without any chakra costs which is good. If you make a battery team with Orochimaru, you will not need to drain or remove chakra, but use character skills that will automatically gain chakra for self use).
- Piercing Damage (By using Major Summoning Manda, not only will you remove chakra from your opponents chakra pool, but deal a fairly decent amount of piercing damage. However Orochimaru will not be as suitable in piercing teams because of the cooldown of Major Summoning Manda).
- Spike / Instant Kill (Not only piercing damage and removing chakra, but of how much Major Summoning Manda deals. By placing at least other characters that can deal +55 damage can result in an instant kill. However because of the heavy chakra use, who knows if Orochimaru will suit).

Chakra
Jiraiya uses ALL 4 chakra types which makes him difficult to use. If you do not want to clash chakra with him at all, use 2 Random users on the same team. However if you don't want that choice, then Taijutsu and Bloodline can also be added to the list, seeing the two chakra types are not fairly used much in Jiraiya's skills. Whatever you do, do not clash with Genjutsu and Ninjutsu!
Suggestions
I suggest Jiraiya to be placed in teams that can do...
- Damage Reduction (Because of his skill Toad Mouth Bind, the skill allows all allies to gain 20% damage reduction. If you, somehow place any more damage reduction users that can give your team more damage reduction, can be a result of a good defensive team, however a very hard team to make).
- Sabotage (Not only does Toad Mouth Bind give your team 20% damage reduction, but gives your whole opponents team 25% more damage taken from your team which is a good thing. If you somehow make an Area of Effect team with Jiraiya will result in a deadly... and I mean deadly team).
- +2 Invulnerability (Because of his skill Major Summoning Gamabunta, after use it allows Jiraiya to become invulnerable for a turn. If you count up, he has 2 overall invulnerability skills which makes Jiraiya a defensive character if used in a team with other characters that have +2 invulnerability).
- Area of Effect (Not only does his skill Major Summoning Gamabunta allow Jiraiya to gain invulnerability for a turn, but also deal some decent 35 damage to ALL enemies making Jiraiya a great character that'll partner up with other Area of Effect characters).

Chakra
Tsunade uses all four of the chakra types which leads you with Random. Though if you're not really that concerned about chakra clashing, then also add Genjutsu and Bloodline to your list. Her main chakra type though, is Ninjutsu so whatever you do, do not clash with that chakra.
Suggestions
I suggest you place Tsunade in teams that can...
- Heal (By placing Tsunade in a team that can all heal or with a character that'll self injure him/herself will result in a good strategy in healing wise and as such to give you more of a chance to survive more in battle).
- Damage Reduction (When using Major Summoning Katsuyu not only will your allies will be healed, but also gain damage reduction for your whole team. If you place characters in the same team that can also gain damage reduction, and especially involving the whole team, will result in a good defensive team).
- Stun (Because of her skill Painful Sky Leg, Tsunade becomes really popular in stun teams as well as how much the skill can deal damage WITH no cooldown. Tsunade is deadly in stun teams).
