I would like to join but..............................

Streak Test
Have a streak of +17 or higher.( have a +9 i stopped playing for awhile and need help to get good at the game again

Level Test
Have a level of 31 or higher.( i washokage in the old engine but i don't think i have reached sannin on this engine but i have almost all the chars

GFXing Test
Show Taka your 5 best work and he'll rate them at least 3 has to be 8/10 and boards have to at least have to rate all of them 7.5/10 or higher. my sig was my last work cause i suck i prefer custom chartacter making

War/Pb test
Pb Jamain, Vega_artiis or Takamaru 2/3 in a private battle.....

Ratio Test
Your Ratio has to at least be 70% and higher for all levels. i can reset if necessary

Grade
At least get a B- or higher by Takamaru.......
