It may sound silly but I actually think it might work. Entire program plan SO PLEASE BOTHER TO READ. =)

*ADOPT A NEWBIE PROGRAM*

Everyday NB is overflowing with questions like: Strike team? Team with......? Gfx? Good strategies? Or rate, rate, rate, rate, rate.... That's ok, but if it sucks, wouldn't be better if someone told them before the boards?

So... What if we a established big brother/sister program here on NA? They need to be PWNERS.

PWNER LICENSE: Every person that is considered a pawner by at least 50 people (suggest other numbers) good in that area can post a topic asking to sign a petition, if newbies or noobs sign, it won't count. (standards: Who is a noob/good/pwner/ can be set later) That is going to be their license as a sensei (for a certain area they choose).

THEN?
They an put notification on their sig or avatar or -insert- and wait. Surely 100 newbies or noobs will come. (is they are brave they can take a noob, after all nobody believed in Naruto XD)
Take more students, (if you can handle) and train (teach) them.

WHY?
1. Your student could be your future friend.
2. If clans agreed, this could look good on your application.
3. "The best way to learn is to teach." Frank Oppenheimer- true
4. Sometimes you may have a noob on your hands and show him the light! xD
Or you can get a talented student and help him to the top.
5. POSSIBLE SCENARIO: Someone asked them: Who was your teacher and did he help you?
answer: -your name- and yes!
Someone: I want that person in my clan! OR They gave me a pwner I'll thank them! xD
6. It would make Arena more interesting for "licensed pwers" and easier for newcomers.
7. Once you decide your student is ready you let them go of "training" and, more successful they become, better you look. xD
8. Do good and become famous!

If you do not like the idea of more friends and constant "thank you" annoyance (some people don't want that) you can even make a contract where you oblige to help for a certain period of time. And prolong it if you wish. Just like business, every side gets some gain from the relationship.

RISKS: Your newbie didn't listen or just epicly failed!
You take the partial blame for your neglect.

WAY OUT:
1. EARLY ENOUGH There should be a way of termination (with students' wish) of your agreement if you think you made a mistake starting it, no damage. =)
2. Your student admits not listening (to be fair to you) if they are telling the truth of course.

Other suggestions:
I know that this already exists between some clan members, but I think this form would be cool too. Kinda official ;)
Groups of pwners could start "Academy clans".
Ninja wars between then would go teacher VS teacher, student VS student.
Students could leave and find their own clan, or stay as a teacher. =D

edit:
For all of those who are interested in helping and joining leave an offer here. For this to be possible, it takes time. Of course more help means less time. =)
Again thanks everyone, and don't hesitate to ask here if you want. I should have some info in time. Of course this isn't just my project. We can all work. I can only put it all together or correct it. If you have a good connection (which I don't) don't hesitate to try something yourself. I'll develop the idea on my computer and if I have the time I could try making a page. If you can do so, and also leave your suggestions here. I'll check them later.

History in her solemn page informs us that the crusaders were but ignorant and savage men, that their motives were those of bigotry unmitigated, and that their pathway was one of blood and tears. Romance, on the other hand, dilates upon their piety and heroism, and portrays, in her most glowing and impassioned hues, their virtue and magnanimity, the imperishable honor they acquired for themselves, and the grea services they rendered to Christianity.

Nice idea but I don't think this would work for some people. I don't think all people would be teaching them all day. Some people might just abandon them halfway. But of course, some people will take their time to teach. But I think most of the people would either give up halfway or be inactive.

@affan6338: Hmm you seem like a newbie. Read the rules. You can't talk about your own things in other people's topics. It's considered spamming.

The student and master both need patience and need to develop a good relationship. This plan could take over Naruto-Arena.

Hmm but if your sensei if not active you would end up having to depend on boards again.

Hmm, leading a community to repair itself...
bright idea, but you'll have to look from further perspectives, like who's going to get tied to this rule, and how much percent will apply it, who will be responsible for making it run smoothly, and finally what does a teacher get more than a pain in the butt?

besides, a noob seldom admits that he is a noob, he wont go with this system and get himself "embarrassed".

Then think of them as being a beginner.
