Yeah Frenzy Plant is OP. You might wanna reduce the damage and effects, and lower the cost. I know its Torterra"s only attacking skill but its still kinda OP.

Overgrow is OP, you might want to lower the DD it gains or just remove the DD effect entirely and increase the health it gains.

Giga Earth Drain needs a specific PP to replace 1 of the Random PP and make it only gain 1 specific PP and reduce the cooldown to 3.

Ok Frenzy Plant needs a 1 turn cooldown but everything else is great. :amused

In my opinion, if this character is supposed to be unlocked before you can play as this Pokemon, then this is perfect, but if it's a base character, then it's a bit overpowered. Here's my analysis on your Pokemon:

Torterra:

Frenzy Plant: Since it is it's only attack, this is somewhat ok, but to get past the annoying people who may think this is overpowered, make it cost 1 Unique PP (I think?) but make it deal 10 damage to all enemies and 10 DD to your allies for 1 turn, and, for 1 turn, if any one of the enemies use an offensive skill on one of your allies or Torterra, it is countered and they take 5 or 10 affliction (Depending on your preference). If you like this, it could be for 0 or 1 cooldown. If you like it the way it is, then subtract the affliction damage and replace it so they can't defend or use any defensive skills for 1 turn while Frenzy Plant is active.

Overgrow: Personally, I like it, but here's an idea for a twist. You could have Overgrow do all of it's normal skills except DD, and what you do is give Torterra 5 permanent DD, and the cooldown would be the same or 1 more.

Giga Earth Drain: I have absolutely NO complaints. I like it

@Enaki: You put a lot of thought into Frenzy Plant, but personally I think I'm going to leave Frenzy Plant alone. I hate to make you feel like like I brushed you off in that aspect, but I feel like the skill is balanced right now. I consider it this way:

Jirobou can do 20 AoE for 1 specific, 1 random, but he has another attacking skill and a team DD/drain skill, with the Drain having a totally different cost.

Torterra can use a more powerful version of Jirobou's AoE skill, which is fine for the reason that it is the only attack it can use and it costs the same as every other skill. Also, the foe has a choice in whether they will allow the skill to do 20 AoE or 15 AoE, most often doing 20 to only one enemy who will stun Torterra to stop another attack.

Also consider if you opponent has a cheap, low cost DR, Torterra is shit out of luck. Look at Rhyperior over at P-A. It has a forever 15-30 DR that Torterra can't go around because it can't stun or do more damage than the DR.

But! Don't feel like I entirely ignored you, because I did incorporate one of your effects. See the revised Torterra that will be coming up soon.
